The service is usually quick. But their milkshake machine has been broken for literally months. We love the consistency of their shakes and they're a nice cool treat on summer nights. But this location has been telling us their machine is broken for several months. It's obvious that they just don't want to pay to get it fixed or buy a new one. Downloaded their app and did a mobile order for the first time, can someone please confirm when the food is made? Most apps have trackers and don't start making the food until you're "close" or check in and the reason I ask is because it was a 10 minute drive for us and we picked up LIQUID milkshakes. I remembered thick milkshakes you could barely suck up through the straw, these were sloshing around in the cups. Fries need SALT, the beer battered fish tacos were oddly spicy, my husband enjoyed his epic cali burrito even though "cali" usually means there is avocado/guac which this burrito had none. Ordered almost $70 worth of food only for every single one of my burritos to be missing ingredients. Shrimp burrito had zero sauce and it was all rice with 3 pieces of shrimp. Both Epic carne asada burritos were a mess, carne asada was barely there, They didn't even bother to actually wrap our burritos so when we opened them, all the ingredients were on the wrapper and out of the tortilla. I've been to this Del Taco location several times and they've been consistently great. One thing I really appreciate is how accurate they are at the drive-thru--I never feel like I have to double-check my order because they always get it right. What has happened to my Del Taco? I used to be a 20+ year super fan of DT! But not anymore. Since it was purchased the quality, customer service, and overall brand had gone down hill and fast! This particular place never gets your food order right- they always miss items and when I called to get a refund to my card - the supposed manager Elizabeth (no last name - she wouldn't give it to me) refused! She said I'd have to drive back and get my item?? Really, my gas, my time, your error! Nope! I tried calling corporate 3x and no one returns my calls. So at this point, I give up! We were driving towards our friend's house and decided to stop by this Del Taco location for a quick lunch. Had I known the condition of it, I would've kept driving to another location that I originally intended to go to. Our order was taken with no problem. The place was pretty empty, there were only two other guests eating at one end, and another family of four at the other end. You'd think we would have a great selection of where to sit. Unfortunately, most of the tables were really dirty. I'm not sure how often they get cleaned, but there were quite a few that needed it. I went to the restroom to wash my hands, and that place was really filthy. I know as a customer, It's a let down to see places filthy like that. Our food overall was good. No issues with the order or with the quality. As we ate, a worker came by and cleaned the tables. This should probably be done a little more often and they would give a better impression. Lastly, each table has their own sauce/ketchup holder. The majority of them were really low. We had to hunt down sauce and ketchup packets from three different tables. Hopefully they can improve on these items. read more

This is the worst del taco location I have ever been to. I usually try to avoid this location because the staff is terrible. Always mess up orders. Missing food from orders. Worst location on the planet!!! Ran out of Beyond meat so they replaced it with beans and still charged us for beyond meat. After returning and demanding what we paid for they took the food that was incorrect and reused the taco shells... Gross!!! They alsoessed up on a few other things from the order. My experience this evening was like all the others I've had at this particular Del Taco. it's one of my local Del tacos and we are huge to taco fans. But this particular location is probably one of the worst in the area. For Starters they always want you to pull around or a back up because they're trying to cheat the system and make corporate think that they have faster turnaround times. they forgot some of my food this evening but luckily I caught it. The food is always cold the french fries are always old the beans are always dry and the workers are always blasé. I don't think it's that hard to provide a good experience at the Del taco. I know it's an entry-level job but management should train people a little better. But like all the other reviews on this place I don't think they will do much. I hope corporate will shut them down so someone else could open a better one or they could retrain the management team. I'm hoping it gets better but I'm doubtful. read more

Every time I stop here the past two months there's an issue, same thing today. No soda! No card payments and exact change only. Is this a business because it's sure not acting like it. We've been in the pandemic for almost two years now which means this is now normal. Maybe there's a supply shortage but funny anywhere else I go always had soda, cards processing, all sizes of cups and lids etc. I stopped here today on way to work and the sign that says no soda is taped to the order speaker box. Update: this del taco still sucks big balls! The workers are sloppy and slow! Been sitting here in the drive thru line for 20 min with 6 cars in front of me and four cars behind me! What the actual hell! The cars have not moved very much. Idk who does the scheduling or runs this place but they're not doing a very good job! The people here at this Del taco don't even salt the fries anymore. There have been times where I ask them if they can lightly salt the fries and I get home and they just throw packets of salt in your bag! The way they make their food is so sloppy now. I ordered chili deluxe fries and from what I remember has chili, cheese sour cream onion and tomatoes...barely had any chili or cheese.
