Tacos are ok......Sauce like Taco Mayo........cheese like a ball park on the worse day possible. Register kid took our order then promptly came out into a half full dinning area and gave his buddy the finger. Save yourself some pain and just go to Taco Bueno if you want fast cheap Mexican food. I'm picky and usually not a fan of fast food but I really enjoy this particular location. It's almost a weekly lunch stop now. The manager has been very nice and helpful. The staff are fast, accurate, and have all been welcoming. The location appears clean and I love the plant based protein options. The manager confirms that they vegan/vegetarian options are prepared in a way to avoid cross contamination. I understand that the plant based options are a big success for Del Taco and applaud this company for reaching out to vegans/vegetarians. read more

Hey, that tastes like cheap Tex-Mex. That's not a bad thing, it's just exactly what it is. Del Taco is the best of the fast food Tex-Mex places, but it's still sub par to an actual restaurant. Went on 5/28 and had lunch, they charged my bank card, three days later they charged my card again for the same amount saying ATM System outage. Bank won't do anything, spoke to manager and he says doesn't see duplicate on his computer. Told him I have bank statement. He referred to another boss and I have not heard back. Went to lunch here today. The staff was friendly and after ordering the food arrived quickly. I ordered a hamburger and fries. The hamburger was composed of two very thinly sliced beef patties and drenched in grease and was outweighed by the large burger bun. The fries were just crisp and delicious. Overall the value was just not there for me. at almost $8 for a meal I could have had a much better burger elsewhere. read more

Staff seems friendly upon entering. Restrooms were reasonably clean as was the lobby. No tables with wrapper-filled trays sitting for far too long or the like you often see in other fast food restaurants. Found an item that sounded decent - classic grilled chicken burrito sans sauce and tomatoes. It was a bit reminiscent of the chicken burritos served by one of their large competitors although it tasted much fresher. Given they have a 2 for 5 deal on them I likely will return. read more

We have visited Del Taco twice and have received bad service on both occasions. The lady at the drive thru is rude and expects customers to know the menu. On our visit a couple of weeks ago, I asked questions to find out what my daughter can eat and she acted like I was disturbing her. Today we thought we'd try it one more time and went through at noon. Again, the lady was vague at answering questions. I asked if they use dairy on their chicken. She said no. I said so you don't use butter or any kind of milk or anything. She said no. I said okay because my daughter is allergic. She said, "I don't know." I said, "can you find out because my daughter has an allergy." She said they use oil. I said, "is there butter in the oil?" She sighed and said to hold on. She came back and said there is butter in the oil. I told her that we would just take bean burritos with no cheese, french fries, and I would eat the fish tacos. (I can't have nuts this week and need protein.) She kept stating that we want 2 bean and cheese burritos. I said 3 times, no cheese, my daughter's allergic. We got to the window and I asked for an allergy menu. She said the menu is online. Sigh!!!!!! So she handed a drink to me and I was so flustered I took it and set it in the cup holder and handed it back, telling her that we didn't order a drink. She rolled her eyes at me and took it back without a thank you. My daughter checked the sack when it came and the fish tacos were on top of her burritos, not seperate for allergies, and there was ground beef on the outside of her burrito wrapper. Icky. There was also sauce smeared on her tortillas on the outside. We ate on the way home and both of us got queasy. She was sick right after I got her in her wheelchair and inside the house. Del taco? Disappointed. Got the Macho Nachos. Nice size and look, but everything was so bland! The ground beef needed more seasoning, the refried beans had no flavor. The cheese sauce was just there. The jalapeños were not hot and tasted pickled instead of fresh. The only good thing was the chopped tomatoes which were fresh. The chips themselves were a little thicker than most fast food places, but not a lot of corn flavor. I did not get the sour cream. This was okay fast food Tex Mex, but nothing to write home about either. I'd choose it over Taco Bell any day of the week. I had fish tacos which were like a tiny piece of Long John Silvers fish with some cabbage, diced tomato, and an indistinguishable whitish sauce in two limp corn tortillas (yes, two tortillas for each taco and I have no idea why). Somehow though, they were better than they sound. My husband's burrito pleased him but when I tasted it I was not a fan. Fries were an okay side but I would have preferred something else. I didn't get a chance to go over the menu in depth but I would have been much much happier if they were like the Western chain Taco Time and offered all day breakfast. The breakfast burrito with iced coffee would have been my top pick. I may have to try Del Taco if I'm nearby in the morning eventually but until then I can't quite make it past 3 stars. read more

I just moved here to Moore from Ada, Oklahoma and was very excited about a Del Taco being here! The food was awesome! The store appeared to be very clean on the outside. The only reason I am giving such a low review is because the service means everything to me. The lunch crew is very awesome! Buuuuut the dinner cashier was probably the most rude person I have ever experienced at a fast-food restaurant (Yes, even McDonalds). I'm not sure I remember her name. It may have been Destiney or Dianna?? She was short with me and rushed me at the speaker, snatched the card out of my hand, and slammed the window on me while I asked for more sauce. Really a rude child. I truly hope management doesn't keep her much longer. She's really going to give the company a bad name in Oklahoma. read more
