For a fast food Tex mex you can definitely do worse than del taco. This was my first time trying it. I got some soft chicken tacos and they were pretty good. Chicken was overcooked but you pretty much have to expect that at any of these type of places. They were quick and nice in the drive through so no gripe there. Tea was pretty good as well which is getting harder and harder to find.

    This burrito is huge.

My first time at a Del Taco. I got a #9 combo which includes the Epic Chipotle Ranch Burrito, small fries and small drink. The fries were good but unnecessary because the burrito was so big there was no way I could eat them. It was very good. I also got a churro which was yummy! I went at 12:45 on a Friday and there was no line in the drive-thru. I will definitely go back if I'm on that side of town again.

So I waited for this place to open. Disappointed a bit yes. The menu is not the same as West Coast chains. Since I travel a l lot I was waiting for Oklahoma to get Del Taco. I went the for lunch just after it opened. The wait was a little much for fast food that day. I do like Del taco overall. Thier chicken products are better than rest of their products. Love the Chipotle. As well what is not to love about crinkle cut fries with fast food tex mex. A good addition to the tex mex triangle in Oklahoma.

What we order: We wanted to grab something real quick for afternoon tea. I had three chicken tacos and my husband had a combo with fries. They had a special price tacos after 3pm on every Tuesday and Thursday. I had a special price tacos, the content is obviously less than the regular orders. The taste was okay and the regular fish tacos my husband had was pretty good and abundant. The fries was fresh. It is a good pick for flash meal. Time: 4pm on Thursday Person: 2 people, walk in without waiting Staff: Nice Price: special price - $2.xx for three chicken tacos Will return or not: Probably

First time at this location. Its been a couple years since I've actually eaten at a Del Taco because the other location was in Texas. They had so much to choose from but didn't want a drink so I ordered 2 del tacos, a bean and cheese burrito, and a small crinkle cut fries ( I couldn't resist the fries, lol). Total was under $7 which was ok because the bean burrito was filled pretty good and the tacos was bigger than normal. The tacos were not skimpy at all, had a great flavor, very crispy and loaded with meat, lettuce and lots of cheese. The only thing was that the taco shell reminded me of Taco Bell like they buy their shells at the same place but the taco itself tasted waaaaay better than Taco Bell. The friea were hot and fresh and not heavily salted like some places. The bean and cheese burrito, which on the menu it says its a half pound burrito, which is probably accurate because it was heavy with beans and had lots of cheese. You have a choice of red or green sauce, which I chose the red, which is milder than the green. I went thru the drive thru which was pretty fast considering that there were 5 or 6 cars ahead of me. The woman at the window greeted me with a smile and I got my food pretty fast. Would definitely be back because I want to try some other things on the menu such as the wet burrito platters, carnitas bowls, cheeseburgers, chicken tacos...etc.

What I was charged for my nacho, burritos (2 for $5) and a large tea.

Service is friendly and welcoming, happy to answer any questions. The food is excellent. We chose the elote, quesabirria, and torta de pastor. The food tasted very fresh and came with generous portions. The quesabirria consommé was rich in flavor and the tacos themselves were perfectly seasoned and portioned. The torta was incredible with fresh veggies and two delicious sauces. The elote was also well prepared. The restaurant also has a large selection of aguas frescas, paletas, and ice cream. We had the jamaica agua fresca to drink and it was wonderful. There are also a variety of interesting snacks for the younger crowd with the expected Doritos, Hot Cheetos, and Takis variants. Easily accessible parking out front, or you can park at the park across the street. They accept cash or card (card with a small upcharge). The young man at the front spoke both English and Spanish. We greatly enjoyed our visit and will return.

It arrived as this dramatic, beautifully constructed tower of mixed seafood topped with avocado and a whole shrimp--definitely a dish that makes an entrance. The seafood seemed fresh, but I discovered that this particular style of mixed mariscos just isn't for me. Some of the seafood had a gray, translucent appearance and texture that I personally didn't enjoy. That may simply be characteristic of the preparation rather than any problem with the dish. I only tried this one item, so I don't think it would be fair to judge the kitchen more broadly based on my personal preference. What I can comment on much more definitively is the noise. It was extraordinarily loud. I eventually pulled out my phone and measured the sound level because I genuinely wanted to know whether it was as loud as it felt. I recorded levels exceeding 100 dB, with peaks around 103 dB. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. Unfortunately, I could barely hear them. I enjoy energetic restaurants and certainly don't expect dinner to take place in a library. But there's a point where "lively atmosphere" becomes something prospective customers deserve to know about before deciding where to spend an evening. This crossed that line for me. If a very high-energy, extremely loud environment is your thing, you may have a completely different experience. If you're hoping to have a conversation over dinner without shouting across the table, I'd choose accordingly. Friendly staff, impressively presented food, and a seafood dish that simply wasn't my jam. But the volume overwhelmed everything else about the experience--and at 103 dB, that's not background music. That's the main course.
