Best Del Taco EVER!!! This Del Taco and a few others in the Barstow area the original Del Tacos. The owner kept these Del Tacos in the family, and sold the rest of the franchise. That makes these Del Tacos unique. They have a Barstow menu where it looks like typical Del Taco food, but is it different. Now it's a must on our way to and from Cali. Despite being located in Barstow, it's hard to believe but the ingredients are all super crisp, fresh and loaded to the brim! Every Dell Taco needs to be properly trained by this Del Taco. It's 10 PM on a Thursday night and this is by far the best Del Taco experience I've ever had probably actually the best of any fast food taco chain I've ever had. We only ordered like four of the hardshell Barstow tacos they were exactly as pictured even better filled completely to the edges with the meat. Everything tasted super fresh full nice big piece of tomato on the top filled the top with all the other ingredients even the freshness of the taco shell it wasn't so hard that the entire thing splits on your first bite. We use to stop in Barstow for Raising Canes then they started falling short so we tried DT and this has become our must stop to eat at spot in between our homes in California and Arizona. Our DT in BHC is one of the worse DT's around so we never eat there and the couple of DT's we have in the LBC are hit n miss so we rarely eat at them. The service here in Barstow is impeccable. As many times as we've eaten here the employees are always super friendly and other than one time, they always exceed our expectation with our order! It's a great place to stop and eat.
