I also had been dealing with some aches, pains and numbness in my limbs, sluggishness and brain fogginess. I just thought that it came with getting older or that I needed a healthier lifestyle. Then a few years ago I started having some issues with my ears - getting blocked, itchy and sore. Fast forward to a couple of months ago; I got invited to a luncheon where a couple of doctors would give a short presentation on their new clinic. I thought "what the heck - free food"... yes, I love to eat, (no shame )! At the presentation they mentioned how much subluxation, (when your spine is out of whack), affects so many other parts of your body because of nerves being pinched, etc. From their short presentation, I also heard them mention that chiropractic can help with ear infections and numbness/tingling of the limbs... They were also offering a great deal to come and get an x-ray to see how my spine was and an initial alignment. I thought "what the heck, it's a decent price; if I'm ever going to try this, now is the time". ...and please understand that I was desperate to try anything to fix the issue with my ears! Today: I hate to sound like those witnesses that sound fake, but it's true: ‍ I now believe in chiropractic care because it helped me! My ears completely cleared up and I have zero problems. The numbness and tingling in my limbs is gone. My back and hips have been more limber and pain-free than before. I sleep better, mental clarity is better, even my digestive problems have been better; and as I continue to come in, I feel better! I tell all my family and friends about my turn-around so far, and decided to get onto the web and pass it on to whoever needs to hear it too! Drs. Although some progress has been made I'm not anywhere near healed. As we all know and have experienced as patients in the health care system after a visit with a provider more often than not we leave feeling like another name and number on a chart hoping that the next prescription or specialist will help. I went from being a middle aged man able to work to now being in a wheelchair. Recently I was referred to Professional Home Healthcare Services. I was assigned a RN named Jasmine who is a wound care specialist. I have had several such nurses in the past but they don't even compare to Jasmine. She is a utterly fantastic nurse. By this I mean that she is truly professional, compassionate, genuinely concerned and caring too. She takes the time to talk to you, educate and offer advice and discuss treatment options. She has done everything possible to protect me from any kind of exposure and cross contamination during her visits with me as she treats my wounds and dresses them. She really loves what she does and it shows. She is the only health care provider that has been able to make significant progress with treating my condition and my wounds are slowly beginning to heal and close to the point now where I am able to stand up and walk short distances with a walker. No body has been able to do that for me! Jasmine has been a God send to me. She takes the time to call me during her time off just to check up on me. When is the last time a provider called you on their on time off just to see if you are ok?? Professional Home Healthcare Services is so lucky to have such a incredible RN and wonderful woman working for them. It's not often that you find a RN provider like Jasmine. Her professionalism, compassion, concern, ability to truly connect with her patients and instill hope in their healing process is remarkable. PLEASE be aware that Medicare will NOT approve these charges in full & consequently your secondary insurance will also not reimburse you for the total charges. It was explained to me by my insurance company that under federal law, the provider should be paying me a refund since the doctor's charges were NOT approved by Medicare after the they were submitted. I did not pursue this however, as I am fairly certain they will argue that their policy is that the patient must make full payment at the time of the service. On July 25, 2025 I was seen again with concerns over sutures left in my scalp. I was told they would eventually work themselves out. It is now a full year & 2 months after my surgery & those sutures are still a nuisance for me, and often get infected. When I complained about this recently to the receptionist by phone, she never returned with an explanation from the doctor. She asked if I wished to schedule an appointment, which knowing I would be charged for it again, I declined. I was warned by my insurance company to avoid & beware of doctors who do not accept insurance & overcharge for procedures. I will NOT be returning to Dr. Grant.

We are now with Dr. Kleiner, who was a founding member of the practice, so hopefully this won't be a problem any more. We have always liked our pediatricians at this practice, and the nursing staff is excellent. The phone triage nurses do tend to err on the side of caution, so beware. If you have any issue and you want actual advice, be prepared to bring your child in to see a clinician. My biggest issue with this practice (other than the rotating door of docs) is the reception staff. As gatekeepers, these women are impenetrable. Trying to get a sick-child appointment can take an entire day, between the reception staff and the terrible phone tree. I have noticed (and have had this confirmed with other patient families) that when a man calls, the reception staff is much more responsive. They will return my husband's phone messages, and will respond to his him waiting on hold, where when I call they will just leave me on hold until I hang up and call back.
