I'd like to start by stating I am not receiving any form of compensation for this review. Del Mar Pools is awesome. From beginning to end so easy, informative and professional. Jess explained everything during every step in the process. She gave us an approximate start date and competition date. Give or take a week or two due to weather she was spot on. We signed the agreement and the price went up only because of WE need extra concrete. Frank, Max and Abram showed up on the start date and a day and a half later the pool was in and filled with water. 1.5 DAYS!!!!! Jess told us the pool would have to settle for 5-6 weeks. 6 weeks later Frank, Max and Abram came back to finish the install and pour the concrete decking. A few days later Jess returned for Pool School. She showed us how to operate the pump/filter system. Through the whole process we dealt with 4 people......4.
