The pool water feels cold when getting in but becomes fine within minutes of full submersion. The little strip of open air between the room the pool is in and the locker room though... Usually very calm and quiet in there with the exception of open swim days . They also have a competition pool that is 100 meters. That one is 7 feet all the way across . The therapy pool goes from 3 to 6 feet . Both are heated . Locker room facilities is very nice and clean. They have a full time lady there that just cleans all the locker rooms and bathroom all day. Keeps the floors dry. There are lot of showers with HOT Water and locking dressing rooms also. There are always life guards on staff and they are all friendly. They also have classes for swimming as well as baby floating classes and special needs. I pay 30 a month for unlimited use and I just added my husband for an extra 10 a month. They have day passes also. Definitely check this place out!

We kept losing water right after installation completion and they were quick to get out there. Found out there was a leak in the pipe to one of the jets. This house is our vacation home as well as a rental. We had people coming in so they capped off the jet until they could fix it. Well, here we are at a year and a half since the pool was installed, we have made many attempts to get them out there with no luck. They just blew us off. They told us there were 3 other jets and it will work just fine. That is not the point...we paid ALOT of money for this pool and they planned on a jet being in that location for a reason. It should have been fixed correctly!

I'd heard about the Northside Splash Pad and was excited to check it out, but the first two times we swung by during "open" hours, it actually wasn't open. I guess it was undergoing some repairs, but I never saw any info about that or info about when it finally opened. We've gone three times in the past few weeks and it's perfect for my little guy. Small, contained (if we close the gate), benches and tables to sit at, and enough water fixtures to be fun without being too much for a toddler. Some of them could use some upkeep, but it works well for us. Thrilled to have this other option for a splash pad during this hot summer!

I was told yes they were still going to bill members even thought there are a lot of members that have lost there jobs due to this Pandemic! Shame on you MUSC Wellness Center for taking people's money and not providing services! Most of the time your showers are broke, there's no hot water, you gym equipment is rusty and for 2 month your Ceiling has been leaking all over the wellness center! Absolutely disgusted with MUSC!
