My grandma and my mother especially enjoyed stopping here. They had a really nice selection of fresh and dried fruits, and what stood out the most were the unique flavors. You don't usually see combinations like tequila, habanero, lemon, garlic, and tamarind all in one place, which made it fun to try different things. Definitely a nice spot to stretch your legs, grab a snack, and pick up something different if you're passing by.

I…read morewas attracted by the variety of (especially) fresh fruit and some vegetables, while my husband immediately headed to the area with all sorts of nuts. A few of the items that we purchased were bargain-priced. For instance, we got four gigantic fresh and sweet navel oranges for only 75-cents/lb., tasty white corn on the cob (4/$1, for the first 12), and small avocados (10/$1, limit 20). We also got yummy fresh apricots, pecans in their hard shells, and quite a few bags of roasted nuts for snacking. The market was clean and well-organized, and the young woman at the check-out counter was very friendly. After checking out, we enjoyed some apricots at one of their roadside picnic tables that was set up next to a small garden. Parking was sufficient, even for our small class B RV.
