Excellent service and friendly staff! It's $25 for an emission test and they are fast!

Super friendly and just as quick! I will be coming back here every time I need emissions done.

Wow! Great service from the phone call to check on options until the end of my service check! Spencer did an amazing job answering my questions and working with a smile! I appreciate this visit and we will share it with my friends! And the price was good and fair. I also got window wipers there! But the best part was the customer service from both employees there. read more

DEKRA Emissions Check Station - Emissions report - Smog Check Stations Near Me - Smyrna, Georgia

I was in and out within ten minutes. The young man who assisted me was kind and friendly. He did what was needed to do and that was that. I paid for nominal fee and no more. They also provided an extra $4 off if you checked in on Yelp, so it was extremely affordable. Since my dealership no longer does the emissions testing, I will happily return next year and I recommend Dekra to be the go-to spot. read more

I went here for my annual emissions test and received incredible service. When I arrived, there was only one line open so that had me nervous. But luckily I arrived almost when the customer in front of me was done. As my emissions was getting checked, me and service rep had a great conversation. He was nice and get his work done. Definitely worth the time and money! read more

Quick and friendly service! My first time for an emissions test. I moved here in June. Will be a repeat customer!

First time at DEKRA and had a great experience--thank you Spencer for you awesome service!

They're fine. I just struggle with places that charge $25. Was the guy that did my emissions test very friendly? Absolutely not. Do I need someone friendly for a car emissions test? Not really. But I used them for convenience so I can't really complain about service or price. read more

Very disorganized. The lady told me to get out of line to go to the other side. When I got to the other side there were more cars in my way and I asked her if I could get back in the original line so I don't have to go all the way to the back... she just ignored me. Very confused because I never even said anything to her before. The other guy was super nice and fast! read more

Emissions test snuck up on me, I was in an out in 5-10 minutes during my lunch break. The guy helping me had some great customer service, nice disposition, and clear instructions. New go to place to emissions tests. 25 bucks was the price read more

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Professional, courteous service. I would definitely choose this location again.

The location was open and the attendant Spencer L. was pleasant and provided me with quick professional service. I'll definitely be back!

Spender provided exceptional service! Easiest and friendliest emissions test I've ever gotten.

Clearly the technicians first test. Took several minutes to register the car. Scanner did not work. 25.00 later I had my report. $15.00 across the street. Go across the street. Nothing made this worth an extra $10. read more

Convenient! Great quick 5 star service! I will definitely recommend them to ppl in the area.

I pulled up at 5:45 and they were already closed! I had to immediately rush to Spring Emissions which is about 3-4 minutes away. I know I shouldn't have waited until the last minute but I expected the business to be open until 6! read more

We stopped here to do our emissions test and it was pretty quick! We did not have any problems at all. We had our 2 dogs with us and it didn't bother the technician. The whole test was less than 10 minutes. The only reason why I'm giving it a 4-star is because of the price. It was $25, a bit pricy for an emissions test around the area. read more

Just completed my emissions test and I am compelled to share my thoughts. Spencer was personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. I've been getting my emissions test done at the Atlanta Rd location for a few years and have not been disappointed yet (even when my vehicle didn't pass) because the staff have always been so darn pleasant and helpful. read more

Wow - less than 10 minutes and $25 later, I drove away with a passed emissions test. Still can't believe it! I drove up to the right side of the building and rolled my window down. The man inside let me know they'd be with me shortly. I asked if they could tell me the wifi password because I saw the guest network. Neither of the two attendants knew the password which was disappointment (ya girl is always going over her data) but since I was in and out so quickly I really can't complain. I didn't even have to get out of the car! Score! It was painless, just had to open my driver's side door so they could plug something in and a few minutes later, I was ready to go! They also asked if my windshield wipers were functioning okay, to which I said yes, but nice to know if you need to replace them they can help ya out with that. Overall, would definitely recommend this place to folks looking for a quick emissions test. read more

Awesome customer service from Collton R today! I learned something new while getting emissions complete. I would definitely recommend this location. read more

I had fortunate timing and was in & out in 5 mins. Super nice, thorough and cost efficient. Will use again.

I just went here for my first emissions check and the experience was great! They were, fast, professional and thorough. It was only $25 and worth every penny! I will totally be back for all other emissions checks! read more

I took two vehicles to this location in one day (2/17/22). My first problem is that they make you stay in the car while they do the emissions even though there is a bench right in front. We are still in the middle of a pandemic yet you come very close to the customers and reach under their legs to connect the cable. I'm confused at the logic here. I am a dealer and I go to many different emissions spots and all of them ask you to exit of the car except this one. My second problem is that the lady doesn't have very good customer service but maybe it's just her personality. The connector would not connect to my second vehicle and no effort was put into making it connect, yet my obd scanner worked fine on it and the next emissions place connected immediately and I passed. I won't be returning to this location. read more

Received my emissions test today and Ken was incredibly helpful. Had a positive attitude and was very professional. Good customer service is hard to come by, so thought I had to share this. read more

So of course i would wait to the very last minute to get an emissions test and of course i would go looking for a place on a Sunday! Nothing was opened but Dekra saved me!! I was able to call and verify they were open and make the ride from PTC to Smyrna. Well worth it and it was quick and easy .. we'll definitely go again if i need a emissions test read more

BEN IS AWESOME great personality helpful friendly and fast. He made my day with his customer service skills and knowledge. I was a little late with my emissions but he made the experience so fast and efficient and also volunteered information about how to receive my decal faster. I will definitely be coming back for my future emissions test!!! read more

I own a 2000 Sebring in showroom condition. Dekra is the only place that shows your vehicle respect. Dekra May be 5$ more, but worth the A+ service. We have not used anyone else after discovering DEKRA on Canton. read more

Quick Emissions and 5-Star customer service! Even got my windshield wipers replaced while waiting.

Great service at this station! The employee was incredibly nice and efficient. I could not recommend this station more!

Quick and painless! I went mid afternoon, and there was no wait. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and I didn't even have to get out of the car. I would definitely go there in the future and recommend to others. read more

In and out in a jiffy. Needed a emissions check for my tag renewal and came across this palce on yelp. Drove down and there was a nice queue of cars waiting to be served. It took about 15 - 20 minutes to wait in line behind about 3 cars and get my car inspected. Extremely fast and direct service. If you need an emissions check, give this place a shot. read more

Best Service Ever!!! Less than 10 mins total---from the time that I pulled up to the time that I pulled out of the lot. I went at about Noon today (Saturday). I liked the location---easy to find and very easy to get in and out of. This is my first time getting an emissions test. The customer service was thorough and he was very knowledgeable. I downloaded the $5 off coupon and paid $20. Mins later I was able to go online and renew my tag. SUPER EASY!!!! Now....back to sitting by the pool and enjoying my Saturday read more

This was my first Emissions Check experience. I will never go anywhere else! It took a total of ten minutes from when I pulled up and pulled away. The gentleman who was running the station was really kind and knew what he was talking about. If you are looking for somewhere to get your emissions test... Go here! You won't be disappointed. read more

I was hesitant to come to this place only because where I live emissions are $14. I work in this area and today is the last day before my tag expires so I had no choice but to pay $25 ( I am a very cheap person) however it was well worth $25. Ken is a very nice and friendly gentleman. I did not have to get out of my car and he made sure I was comfortable and there was no awkwardness. We had a small conversation about the weather which made the time go by very quickly. I appreciate good customer service and an associate engaging with the customer. I highly recommend. read more

Just waited for 15 minutes and my presence was not acknowledged. The man working there appeared to airing up a tire on the opposite side away from the emissions area. Finally he just walked inside after 15 minutes to just do a hand motion to say to pull around. I will take my business elsewhere. I have been here before and actually received service but I won't be back after this. read more

Don't usually review emissions stations, but being new to ATL from outta state I had a good experience here. Came by on Saturday & was about 3 cars deep. Mind you, this is a fairly small lot. Waited all in all about 25 min, but attendant apologized for the wait & had me through in about 10 mins. Price is Right too... read more

Mr. Kenneth's emissions test service is incredibly quick and efficient - I never had to leave my car once I pulled up. The site is clean, professional and he has great evening hours. A lot of other emissions test sites I've seen look like shady, abandoned gas stations or garages. DEKRA in Smyrna is a proper establishment close off of a major road, and I felt incredibly safe going there. He is incredibly customer focused and installed my new windshield wiper blades on site at the end of my test and told me to come back if I have any problems with them. I will be coming back next year and will be recommending him to everyone in the Vinings/ Smyrna area. read more

Daniel W. Was a great help with my situation he was most helpful and made my experience the best I've had over the past 15 years. Very professional and kind person. I will continue to do my emissions check with DEKAR. Thank you for the best help and I will be back here again!! read more
