Owner worked her magic on my lashes and they ended up nicely symmetrical. The lift lasted at least 4 weeks! She hand-plucked my brows and tinted them with a nice color that she thought out. My brows haven't looked so good in so long. So grateful for this service. I might not get my lashes done often (at all), but I will definitely be back sooner for my brows. My lashes easily last 3 weeks, and I don't hold back. I go swimming, sweat in them, and wash them regularly with lash soap, and they still look amazing every time. Beyond the technical work, Kelly is just a wonderful, down-to-earth person. We have such great conversations during my appointments. She is incredibly thoughtful and full of wisdom. It's rare to find someone you just "click" with on that level, and it makes the appointments so enjoyable. From a logistics standpoint, they are fantastic as well. Receive an email immediately saying it's under reviewing and expect a follow up but never did. I showed up and it wasn't even opened, the door was closed and lights were off. I called and no answer. For someone coming from a different city 25 mins away it's a major inconvenience and I could have booked somewhere else. There wasn't even a follow up afterwards, nothing. I would suggest the owner put a note on their automated reservations to their customers to not come until their booking has been confirmed, it's such a waste of people's time and ruins the business reputation unless that's how she wants to run her business.
