Almost no lashes left after just one week and Bekah stated that's normal. I May not be an expert, but I've had them done with others before, and that's not normal. Don't try them

As a first time lash extension client I was nervous, but Laniya totally beautified my lashes!!! I love this salon. The owner, Capri, is a consummate professional. You can tell Capri really cares about not only her clients, but she treats her employees so well, and it shows in their performance, the fun and professional atmosphere. and excellent customer service. I've also had Ebonee tInt my lashes and brows before too and she is excellent! Thank you for my holiday glam lashes!

READ THIS REVIEW. I have been a loyal customer and apart of their automatic payment monthly service membership for 6 months. I have never complained before now. I am usually very happy with my lashes. The last 3 refills I noticed my lashes were falling out very quickly. I would lose 10% on the same day of service & 50% were gone after 1 1/2 weeks. It was a struggle stretching my refills to 2 weeks apart. (The attached picture is 7 days after my last refill 11/13) My last appointment on Wed 11/6 went ok, but by Monday morning I had 85% lashes gone. I finally decided to call Deka Lash with my concerns at 9 am. The lady I spoke with asked me if I could come in THAT DAY for a free fix. A fix consisted of restoring my lashes back up to full. She said she could get me a last minute appointment at 2:30pm. I said okay and rearranged my whole day to make it to this appt because I did not want to be walking around with bald lashes any longer. Around 12:30pm I got a flat tire. I called Deka Lash immediately & said I would not be able to make it to the appointment. They said okay, but they will no longer be offering me a free fix because I can only get a free fix within 5 days & today is the last day. I said "Please, I got a flat tire, but I am trying to make it. Is there anyway I can come in later today?" They said, "our lash techs are booked for the rest of the day. sorry we can not help you" I called back later that day & I asked to speak to a higher up manager. They told me that they would have one call me back. Someone called from the customer service department around 7pm that day & told me that they are sorry but they will not be able to reschedule my free fix since I missed my appt, no matter the circumstance. Wow. I was appalled by such horrible customer service but again, I am now bald lashed & desperate so I decided to book my remaining refill for the month (The 2nd refill AKA the one that I prepaid for with my monthly membership!!!). I booked my refill for 2 days later, Wed 11/13 @ 1pm. On wednesday I showed up to my apptv 20 min early for two reasons: 1) to talk to the lash tech about my concerns 2) to give her more time to fill in my now bald lashes. I walk into the salon & the lash tech with pink braids looked at me from the front desk & said "I will not be able to do a refill on those. You need a full set & I do not have time to do a full set" (VERY RUDE ATTITUDE). She said I could do a volume express service instead, which is basically a half-ass lash service used to get the lash techs to fit in more people. It's unattractive clusters that take only 1 hour instead of a classic full set that takes 2 hrs. Then she told me that I would have to PAY for this service. The manager butted in & said that my remaining refill is worth $55 & the volume express is $79 and I would have to pay the difference. After all that I've been through they were going to make me pay for a service that I didn't even want! I said if I'm going to have to pay then i'd rather just pay for a full classic set. She said she doesn't have time for that today & i would need to reschedule AND be charged a rescheduling fee! The manger butted in again and said that her lash techs need to get paid for their time!!! Unbelievable! I quietly walked out. I called corporate immediately. They said they would call me back after speaking to the Chamblee studio. Catherine from corporate called me 1 hr later & said, "unfortunately we will no longer be able to service you as a client at any of our studios but we will cancel your membership and you wont be charged again for next month." Wait... I just got banned from Deka Lash?!? For what?????? I said, "Can i be refunded my remaining balance of $55 since you refuse to service me?" Then Catherine said, "Unfortunately no. We do not do refunds." I have never experienced anything like this before. You refuse to service me & you refuse to refund me. I have filed a claim against them with my bank. Rude, no-good thieves!

I have been here a handful of times now. I ended up going from a Groupon for my birthday. Since, I have been hooked and go bi-weekly for fills, and even got a membership. It is worth it to me. All the stylists are friendly and quick. Very efficient. I have seen GiGi, Alexis & Laniya. All have delivered exceptional work. I always fall asleep in their comfy chairs and wake up satisfied with my results. If you care for them well too, your lashes will last up to one month! (mine have :-)). Unsure what others experienced. But the key is to not get them wet for the first 48 hours. And honestly, I do my best to never get them wet and wash around my eyes carefully. I brush them throughout the day and I am mindful when I am sleeping. Even when I went on vacation and swam in the ocean, I made sure to be careful as I dried my face. I believe due to being attentive, my lashes last so long. Overall, I think this location offers great service, and I have always been happy with my lashes.

I have gotten my lashes done here one other time by Alexis. My lashes were amazing!! Lashes lasted 3 almost 4 weeks with almost no shedding. I went last Friday, today is Sunday, and I met with Y. I did request a master stylist but none were available the day I needed my lashes done. So Y. was the tech they assigned to me. She was nice. But talked way too much during the process. I could tell she was working on the right eye way more than the other. I asked how long had she been doing lashes. She says she's been doing them for a long time, but only been certified with deka for 3 months. It wasn't until I got home when I could really look at my lashes and saw all imperfections. Spacing. Lumps of black glue. The lashes themselves so far from my natural lash line. They were beautiful from afar, but close up it was a hot mess!! I did answer the survey they sent later that afternoon. I explained my issues and even said that I know just by looking at the work, these lashes will begin to fall out in the next day or so. Well, the next morning there they were laying beside me. It's now a week and two days and most of the right is gone, which is the eye she worked on the most, and the left eye has severe spacing. I look a hot freaking mess!! I did call them the very next day and asked if I could come in to have them fixed. The first young lady I spoke with acted as if she didn't want to help my remedy the situation. I hung up to check my schedule since she kept saying no one was available in their 5 day grace period. The next young lady was more understanding and did her job in finding me the closest appointment w/o me being outside the 5 day window for fixes. I then again asked if I could PAY ( after they messed up) for a master lash artist and she said they don't allow another tech to go over the messed up work. So basically Ya Ya would be doing the work again to fix the work she messed up which does not make sense. She didn't do it right the first time, why would be it right the second? I thought about it and canceled the appointment because I will spend my money with a woman owned small business lash tech instead. I did only pay $52 from Groupon. However, if I would have paid the full price amount which is over $100, I would be extremely pissed off!!! Clearly 3 months is not a long enough time to learn how to work on someone's face and eyes and be certified! I understand u have to start somewhere. But, If they are going to allow new techs to start after just 3 months, they should offer an apprentice discount. $50 because they are new and don't really know what they're doing yet. Let us know what we are paying for. Or at least have a master lash artist working with them. There were only 2 young ladies there that day. My tech and another young lady and no manager. I will not be returning to this corporate /franchise. There are plenty of young women who are wanting the business that have their own small lash business that need my support more. I also did not like the fact the lash tech lied about doing lashes 'forever'. When clearly she's had only been doing them for the last 3 months. If you are going to go here get a master lash artist. Although, you will be charged an additional $8 to do so. It's worth it tho. If Alexis sees this, pls hit me up girl! You are amazing at what u do! And I'll happily pay you outside of deka for your work! The pics are the lashes that I could gather so far, but they've just been falling out all over the place. I've been finding them everywhere.

Eyelashes

I had just gone to Deka for the first time.. signed up for the membership and all. I loved my girl she was fabulous but I had this feeling that my left eye wasn't as full as my right but I thought I was being paranoid. Well it hasn't been 24 hours my left has clumped while my right still is fanned out, I brushed my left and I'm having them all fall out and I don't want to use my fill the day after getting them done. I'm disappointed. EDIT: apparently there is a seven day grace period if you are not satisfied. So I have another appointment to fix ole lefty, hopefully it will be fine because customer service is on point

AMAZING. My brows came out beautiful and the customer service was great…read more The studio is ran by Miah and Mikala. It is located on the second floor of the shopping plaza, inside of the Salon Lofts (next to Marshall's). Once you go in, look to the right, make the first left turn, and you will see their studio on the right. If no one is there, you can use the phone in the front, and someone will assist you. Mikala greeted me warmly and asked what I wanted to get done. I originally came for wax and tint, but ultimately decided on just a wax. She measured my eyebrows, told me that one was shorter and thinner, and that it was higher than the other. With each visit, she said she would take it down about 1/4 inch. I have NEVER had anybody analyze my eyebrows so closely! I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for 15 years, and they still hurt everytime. This time, it didn't hurt at all! She even gave me a spoolee, and recommended that I use castor oil to grow my brows out. If you're looking for good customer service, good pricing ($15 for wax), and no hassle or fuss, you HAVE to come here. This was the best brow experience that I've ever had! Thanks Mikala :)

After such a terrible experience with another tint and brow place, I had to give them a try. We found them on Instagram and the by the yelp and Instagram reviews, I had no choice but to take my desperate brows for a spin :) Location is great. Right in Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area. Central to the highways 285 and 400. It's in a shopping plaza in the Salon Lofts - very convenient. There is also a receptionist who can advise where to go in case you aren't sure. If Mikala or the co owner is working, gently tap on the glass to let her know you're there and wait in the seating area to the left. Mikala did my brows and I was so happy! Very personable, great personality, and above all great customer service! She did advise about future treatment in terms of "brow training", what to expect after first visit, and booked our next visit within 4 weeks. I have gotten lots of compliments from my brows and I am thankful I have a new brow home in Atlanta! Looking forward to my next visit
