What a great, clean shop, with lots to look at including tableware, music, clothing and knickknacks, all beautifully displayed. I will be back to look for more treasures.

I have been in here twice now and this store does have a lot of nice things but most of the pricing…read moreis a bit too high for my pocketbook. I see other reviewers commenting on the clothing but in my opinion, there isn't much clothing displayed at all. The main focus seems to be furniture, household goods and home decor. Since the whole store is consignment, I am not sure how the items are priced. I was shocked at how high some prices were when other items seemed to be reasonably priced. They do have some very nice things, but I also found it odd that they did not have a lot of Christmas items displayed when I went in a week or two before Christmas. I might go back when I stop at Bi-Mart and take a look around, but I will not go out of my way to shop here. I think I am better off at one of the many thrift stores in town.

I am so upset, I bought this item for my son's bingo birthday party and based on how it was listed…read moreI assumed this would be 35 dollars as it says on the tag. I got to check out, the young lady cut off the tag and ripped off the tag in the other section and proceeds to charge me without telling me the price. I paid and she handed me a recipe to sign and I go "whoa it's suppose to be 35, why does this say 80?" She just goes the additional bag cost extra. I was frustrated and confused and sat in my car looking at all the items but his party is tomorrow so I don't want to leave empty handed. How can a bag of bingo cards and wood pieces that don't even go with the roller cost 50 extra dollars. Online states there are no refunds but I feel like this was a huge misrepresentation of pricing and I'll be disputing this charge. Wanted to warn everyone

What happened to my favorite thrift store? The last few visits left me feeling that perhaps…read moreRetails is under new management. They've rearranged the store with narrow aisles and no sense of organization. Items are disheveled. The store seems grimy....not at all what it was like before and with loud gawdawful hard rock music that just would not end. It used to be so pristine and everything was displayed beautifully. Trying to find someone to ask a question was challenging and the answer was often "I don't know." I called all this week to ask one question...no one picked up. It just sent you to voicemail or a phone tree. NO one wants to wait for a callback just to get a quick answer to one simple question. (and, yes, I know that most folks work here as volunteers, but it has always been that way.) How sad it is to see this cute little store on the decline. Please bring back the manager who kept this store such a fun and personable place to shop. Doubt I'll be back....even to donate. Note to manager's note below: Why should customers have to contact the "head office" when all their "feedback" is in a review?

They had the cutest selection of retro outerwear. There was specifically a lot of Nike, Columbia, North Face, and a few other similar brands I can't remember off the top of my head. They had Columbia wind breakers in every possible color and material. The store is arranged by size and color, so it's really easy to find what you're looking for. The only reason I didn't end up buying anything was because I know for an absolute fact that I could get a brand new Columbia jacket for the exact same price at the outlet across the street. Pretty much all of their jackets were marked $25, which is how much they go on sale for brand new at the outlet. But if I struck out at the outlet or needed a specific color/pattern windbreaker for a party/event or something, then I would definitely come back here. I did not experience any of the issues with snotty customer service or a bad smelling store that other reviewers complained about. I actually thought it smelled pretty decent for a consignment store/Oregon. The girls at the counter greeted me when I came in and told me to have a nice day when I left. To be fair, I wasn't trying to sell anything, but, as a consumer, I appreciated their very specific brand/style curation. One of the other reviewers was complaining that they didn't buy her used non-brand-name clothes--like-- girl, duh. Just because you thought something was cute and a good deal doesn't somehow entitle you to a high resale value. This store is a great place to kill some time or find some retro outerwear, and the negative reviews are seemingly all trash.
