I have been getting the Green Wellness (with chia) drink off and on for almost 2 years at the suggestion of my trainer. Good stuff for someone who doesn't eat vegetables easily. However, this week, I did the 3-day juice cleanse and it was terrific! I had stomach weight loss surgery in 2006, so I have to watch that I get enough protein in each day, plus watch out for any sugars (even natural fruit sugars). I absolutely felt fine the entire 3 days and didn't feel too weak for my regular workouts. I plan on doing this regularly or perhaps a fast one day a week. The veggie drinks are quality. I thought the price was pretty great too ($42/day) for 3 large jars of 3 different drinks. read more

Wonderful education on Chia. Yes the same as the famous Chia Pet on TV We'll, it's supposed to clean your stomach of bacteria and other impurities. I had a strawberry and banana smoothie with protein mix and some Chia. The price was about $6.50 which was a decent value in my opinion. Unhealthy smoothies. Finally figured out they are dumping some secret ingredient from under counter area. Several of us figured out it was a syrup, possibly corn syrup. Not good. When someone goes to a juice bar they don't expect to get garbage in their smoothie. read more
