Really fun place for the kids. Get there about 10:15 so you can get the full hour of enjoyment. An hour is really all you need with a toddler. But my wife and I also really enjoyed it. read more

Such a great place! We brought 8 kids with us and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The employees are very kind and helpful... one of the employees was so personable. He followed us around the entire time and would answer any questions we had. The facility is clean and inviting. sanitizer was readily available... great place to go! read more

It's a fun place, wish they advertised the deals better. Some of the staff seemed to be having a bad day, grumpy and not wanting to answer questions. I seen one crew member wiping down hand rails after people. Kids had a blast though. read more

Defy is 10/10 one of the best trampoline / obstacle coarse places we have here in Sparks / Reno. The staff is always gives 100% to helping out our little ones onto the different obstacle courses and even join in on it too sometimes. I highly recommend going during the week -- due to weekends being more crowded. It's always fun being able to almost have the whole place your self if you go during the week. We love Defy and couldn't be happier that it was built there!! read more

We loved Defy! I have four kids ages 10, 8, 6, and 4 and there was something for everyone, including me! My four year old loved the swings that go into the pit and I loved that there was an employee standing by the swings the whole time helping to grab the swing and put my 4 year old on it, so I didn't have to. I loved that there is more to do than just trampolines and a few pits like most trampoline parks. The Ninja warrior course was not only fun for my kids, but I loved it too. The staff was nice, and everything was so clean. The socks they sell were even cool! We will definitely be back read more

Normally a 5 star rating but today was one of the most unsafe & unsettling times I've ever witnessed. . I've had memberships for the kids in the past and usually enjoy the environment. Always very clean and I love the openness and staff is usually friendly. Today NONE of the staff on the floor we're paying attention . The older kids were scary out of control today knocking the younger ones over, jumping on them in foam pits by not looking & taking their turn. They would run up on a trampoline start jumping where a younger child was which causes the lighter child to fly up so high & land on the edges. Not cool at all!! I finally went up to a staff member and then and only then did they notice these bigger kids . Then it was " oh my gosh I see what you mean"! Won't be back anytime soon. For the first time ( I've been there to many times to count) I felt VERY UNSAFE & it was very upsetting to witness. I just wanted out and left after 35 min!!! Oh... where are the parents? Can't blame just the staff since most the parents of the older kids let them run wild ! I'm guessing they think since they are older they are safe but they are causing MANY PROBLEMS! Kick those kids out if after a couple of warnings! People shouldn't have to leave based on their unsafe behaviors. read more

The kids had a great time! Everything was clean, the staff wasn't that friendly but they didn't really bother us. It didn't make sense to wear masks when sitting and watching because you're more than 6' apart. But it was the best trampoline park we have ever been to. read more

My kids were so excited to find a trampoline park that is open, and it has fantastic activities! I was encouraged that they only allow 25% capacity. However, sadly I won't be bringing them back because I didn't feel the covid protocol was being managed well. Kids are not required to wear masks which I understand for toddlers, but there were quite a few teenagers there, 6-ft distancing was not being enforced, and it felt unsafe. There was only one staff member on duty on the floor who stood by the entrance and did nothing about enforcing adult mask wearing or 6-ft distancing, and had her mask under her nose. The dodge ball court is at the opposite end from this staff member and had LOADS of kids playing a tournament, all of them less than a foot apart - I had to pull my son out. I saw several staff members wearing their masks below their nose, which indicates their commitment. There was also only one hand sanitizing station right at the back, and I didn't see anyone using it apart from us, and there is A LOT of touching stuff! So... as much as I would love to take my kids there again I won't be. It's a shame as with just a little bit of effort from staff it could be fine. read more

This is one of the most impressive trampoline parks I've been to, and the kids seriously love it!! The whole team is great and created a very nice experience. Melissa was especially awesome and was the most positive influence on our experience with Defy. She is kind, great with the kids and highly knowledgeable. We LOVE Defy! Such a great place to let my toddlers bounce off their endless energy! Defy is super clean, their equipment is well kept and the staff is amazing! Melissa goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and my kids adore playing with her. Sean and Blake are so sweet too. Everyone that I've met there has always been very pleasant and accommodating despite my crazy toddlers! I brought my older children here for the first time today, as a friend recommended this location. The process to get in is a bit time consuming, once at the counter, we were told to come back at a later time. ( Online states walk in are welcome, when in fact it's recommended to make a reservation) Once inside, I realize this wasn't the place for my kids. I sent them on their way to enjoy the attractions, they returned within a half an hour. They weren't too jazzed about it. Honestly, I feel like this place was made for children 10 and under . This was our experience and I understand that others may love this place but I feel like it wasn't for us. read more

This is a great place for kids to release all of that energy. We've been members since before the pandemic started and continued with our membership throughout. The young staff is friendly and they do a good job keeping the place clean. Today is the exception. I've never seen it so packed. The kids can barley jump because there are too many!! There are a group of full grown men jumping too, and they could care less who is around them, somebody is going to get hurt. The snack bar has two young guys working and they can't seem to keep up. The pizza is 45 minutes out and we waited 20 minutes for a pretzel. They are however, doing a good job mopping the floor constantly from all the spills. If this doesn't meet capacity, I don't know what does. Anyway, I will be back with my kids again. We've had more good experiences here than not and the membership is worth it. I just hope this doesn't become a regular occurrence. read more

Love this place! It's bright and clean. The employees are very nice and helpful! It's wonderful to see children being able to play and interact with each other. My kids are making friends as they're playing. We were not hassled for our mask exemptions which is soooooo appreciated!!! Defy is AWESOME! It is hands down the best trampoline park around. The employees are all awesome and their deals on summer passes and flight clubs are the best prices around! They have great prices for birthday parties as well. We love going on family night (and club night). It doesnt get super crowded like other places around. Their pizza and smoothies are legit as well! This place is FANTASTIC! It smells good from the minute you walk in. The staff welcomes you giving their assistance any way they can. Brock was helpful and kind. Will was a super cool guy behind the counter full of personality and manners. The facility was extremely clean and the space was utilized to the fullest. My kids had a blast, time flew by. Lots of fun things to do for the kids. Plenty of space to chill and observe as well. Prices are more then fair. Can't wait to go back! ‼ read more

This place is AWESOME! They had all sorts of fun stuff to play on -- a zip-line, various American Ninja style obstacle courses, trapezes, swings, trampoline slides. The equipment was all super clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. We came with our toddlers on a Tuesday morning and had the whole place to ourselves. read more

The battle beams arena allows kids to full blown shove hands and equipment in each others faces. When I spoke with "management" I was told I signed a waiver and my kids didn't have to play there. So my 7 year old got smashed in the face by an older kid, because there's no safety procedures in place. Great customer service! My family and I arrived a little bit after 9 pm. We didn't know there was an age limit after 9pm. The young lady apologized to us and gave us vip passes for another day. This parks looks very organized and clean so I will definitely will come back again. read more

Not as much things to do as we anticipated. While looking on the website that says Defy "SPARKS" we were hoping to find the rock climbing wall, basketball hoops and a couple other activities that seem to draw customers in. Please update pictures on the website for the Sparks location of the activities aren't present. read more

This place is my kids' favorite trampoline park in the area. It has a great variety to keep everyone moving and enjoying themselves. Recently had my 9 year olds birthday party here - they took care of everything, down to providing socks for everyone. It was all included in the package and I wasn't charged additionally for things. Staff was prompt at checking us all in and getting everyone jumping. Kids aged 6-14 were at the party (sibs and friends), everyone was happy for the full 2 hours. read more

I can't say enough about Defy. This facility is clean. The staff is helpful and they supervise the activity well. I feel very good about my son going there! My son has autism. There are very few activities that he can tolerate. This is one of them. I feel like Defy is a place that my son can go to regularly. He can't wait to go back. There are not many places where children can go that Parents feel comfortable. This is one of those places. Good, clean, well supervised exercise. I highly recommend Defy! read more
