By the time I decided to be seen I was in a lot of pain. I reached out to precision oral. The level of professionalism and kindness I received from the Greeley team will always stick with me. They are upfront about pricing and financial options available. They were not pushy in anyway, they worked with me when I lost my job right before the procedure, which meant a lot. They did not dismiss me. The communication was outstanding. They text, called emailed and gave paperwork regarding everything. Doctor Yacoob was very direct, nice, honest about the healing process I would have. The day of my procedure went amazing. I had anxiety that morning and the two lady's that took me back to get started were amazing. They made me feel comfortable. I didn't have time to over think. Next thing I knew I was home. Dr. Yacoob called later that evening to check on me, which was really nice. I don't want to leave out the supplies given to me for my after care. The water bottle, neck support, detailed instructions, chapstick, ice pack/head strap and a bag. They called in my prescriptions a week before the procedure so I was fully set up. I was told it would cover my initial visit (exam, cleaning, x-ray), but would be 'out of network' for other procedures. I verified again that my initial visit would be covered. I made an appointment based on the information I was given. I filled out the paperwork I was sent in line. I received reminders of my appointment of 1/2 hour before the appointment I made. When I got there I asked about that, and was told they were running early. How could they have know that 3 days prior? Then I again verified my expense and was told that Medicare would only pay a small amount and that I would be responsible for the additional charges. I asked what that would be, and was told 'it depends'. I like to know up front how much things will cost before I receive the services. I was unhappy with the reply, and left. They were annoyed and told me the time had been set aside for me.

I was told that the consultation fee would be included in the procedure unless we didn't use them. They "forgot" to bill for it and are holding the money that we overpaid until they get around to billing. I was told "well it's only been a month" except when the services were performed they sure didn't wait a month for us to pay them! They also said they would bill the secondary insurance but they never did. If you are fortunate to have insurance, please beware it does not go smoothly. They also upsell some "antibiotic rinse" that is above and beyond the normal antibiotic rinse and then say that the insurance company won't cover it. Can we all say "up sell"? I am so sick of being taken advantage of and upselling in every industry! Just give us what we need and stop trying to pad your profits on a contact basis!!!!! Absolutely thumbs down! I had been experiencing some blinding pain and scheduled an appointment for a dentist to look over my teeth and help identify the cause - this insurance coordinator booked me 10 days out full well knowing and approving me paying out of pocket. Less than a day before my appointment, she called and left me a voicemail simply stating they would not be able to see me tomorrow or ever. When I called back to inquire, the receptionist and insurance coordinator became agitated and defensive going so far as to raise her voice over the phone with phrases such as "are you serious?" and "I don't know what to tell you". I did not once raise my voice or speak disrespectfully to the staff. Shame I never got to interact with the dentists or hygienists as they come highly recommended. Would not recommend this dental office to anybody due to the unaccommodating nature and overall lack of ethicality handling a situation with an individual experiencing extreme distress due to dental related pain.

The assistant was experienced, professional but most importantly she was kind, gentle and friendly as she took my full set of xrays. The doctor came in and he considered all of my concerns after checking my medical history. He did a cancer screening and checked my gums in addition to evaluating my xrays. I never felt rushed, yet I did see their concern for my dental care. The dental hygienist, Jamie was super gentle. My husband, daughters, their family members all go to this office. I highly recommend this office. A big thanks to the staff for making me feel comfortable at a dentist office!

Since then, I have been scheduled for periodontal cleanings every three months at an additional cost of $53 per visit and was told I would need them for life. In late 2024, one hygienist told me I no longer showed any signs of periodontal disease and that I could return to regular cleanings every six months. However, at my next appointment, a different hygienist insisted that no such update had been given. At my most recent visit, I was again told I needed lifelong periodontal cleanings and would continue to be charged the extra fee. The office appeared very disorganized: after my teeth were polished, I waited more than 30 minutes with no communication. Because they were so far behind, the dentist eventually completed the cleaning, confirmed that my teeth and gums looked healthy, and, when asked, stated that what he performed was a regular cleaning, not a periodontal cleaning. When I questioned the additional $53 charge, he referred me to the front desk. The staff member at the front desk insisted I had received a periodontal cleaning. After speaking with the dentist, she returned saying he had "misspoken," but waived the fee for that day due to the confusion. She further stated that I would be charged $53 for all future visits. Given the inconsistent clinical information, lack of communication, and unclear billing practices, I will not be returning to this office.

She only has one other dentist for competition, and that is my childhood dentist, who was just as good. Growing up, I thought all dentists were good with patients, knowledgeable and did their best to make you comfortable. After learning this was not the case, finding someone like Dr. Ray is just awesome. I've been seeing her for close to five years now, both at the CSU clinic and her private practice, and I received the same excellent care. She is also very good at what she does- she often does her own cleanings, is thorough and although I don't want to admit my cavity history, awesome at fillings. I had a previous dentist not give me enough Novocaine, causing some anxiety during this process. She was very understanding and kind and worked with me to make sure I was okay during the entire process. To give you an idea of how much I like her as a dentist, I live in Denver and drive 60 miles to see her. Last year, I attempted another dentist due to some unfortunate dental insurance and he tried to replace a lot of stuff that wasn't needed. Dr. Ray is honest about what you need, and will work with you on your schedule and payments. I HIGHLY recommend her as your dentist if you are in the Fort Collins area or surrounding areas, or if you are a die-hard fan, drive up from Denver.
