She would just say don't worry it will be okay after the swelling goes down. I waited 30 days and my left brow was still messed up. I had to pay the full price to correct her work. Then what really made me write this review is she texted me for the follow up appointment I told to cancel and she didn't even ask me why she knew the reason was because she had messed up my eyebrows. It was so bad that I would have never let her touch me again anyway. Luckily for me the other artist was able to make them look more even. If you don't want uneven brows please don't go there you can't trust all the good reviews all the time when it comes to something that important like your face.

From the moment I walked into her studio I felt like I made the right decision. She took her time penciling out my lip line before she got started tattooing. The lining was clean and accurate, she checked in with me the whole time to make sure how I felt about it. She did great penciling out my lips so I trusted her to proceed. We looked at colors, which she has very many of and I chose a pinkish/light red color (mixed two colors together) After the tattoo processing began, I was nervous naturally and of course it hurt just a bit but this is all expected. Robyn checked on me throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was ok! Upon completion, Robyn pulled up a mirror to my lips, I was in complete shock-- I absolutely LOVED my lips, the lining was FLAWLESS. I honestly couldn't believe how great my lips looked. The best feeling is waking up in the morning and looking lively because of my lips. I have received tons of compliments on my lips, sometimes I want to play it off like its my natural lip but I cannot because that means I wouldn't be able to rave about Robyn work. If you have the slightest inclining that you want to do it, just book, she will not disappoint! Ps- PRIOR to my appointment with Robyn, I was planning on getting fillers after my lips healed from the tattoo. Not only is Jiyoon fully educated and knowledgeable about all things with skin and lashes, but she definitely makes sure her customers are too. I was always weary about lash extensions because of poor work I've seen or the discomfort people mentioned with them. But after getting them done by Jiyoon, my perspective completely changed. I love my lashes so much!! I can't even feel them on my eyes and they opened up my eyes and make me feel so confident. I have monolids (Asian almond eyes) and was always insecure about the size. She fit the lashes according to my facial structure and I can't believe the difference it made. She also was very patient and articulate with the quality of her work. Did not rush the appointment and made sure I left happy. Feeling comfortable with an esthetician is so important to having a good experience. Having something done like that isn't only about the lashes coming out nice.. but being able to also build a relationship with the person makes it that much better!! Today was my 2nd time going this time for a lash fill. I am overly pleased with my service experience. The studio is super cute and very clean. Parking is limited on the block of the location, but not the worst to deal with. The staff is very professional and friendly. Suehey is amazing! She does phenomenal lash work and has a great personality! Very personable! My lash fill today took only about 40 mins. The fastest lash fill I have ever had, and they look great! Getting lashes can be quite a long process, but at Bella lash, they make sure you are comfortable. Getting your lashes done requires a lot of maintenance, but it is well worth it. I would give up getting my nails done now over my lashes. A natural lash extension leaves you feeling beautiful with no makeup. If you are in the market for lashes, I would highly recommend Bella Lash Studio!

This was my first time ever getting an eyelash lift. The lash artist was very nice and informative…read moreand talked me through the whole process before we even started. They get some background information to make sure that you don't get any bad reactions and she checked with me through the process to make sure I was comfortable. The process took about an hour in total but it went by quickly as I chatted with the lash artist and she talked me through everything that she was doing. I was also given some aftercare tips and informed about eyelash growth cycles and I walked away feeling really good. You also get a eyelash tint with the eyelash lift. The bed they have you lay on is quite comfortable, they have you take off your shoes and jacket before getting on the table. No complaints there but it was a bit cold in the studio so I was quickly cold and looking forward to the session being done so that I could put my coat and scarf back on. One other thing I am also not a fan of is that they have no dividers in between their beds or anything. I am personally used to any beauty appointments being one on one and in private rooms or at least having more distance between me and the other customers. This studio is small, so if you are like me just be aware that you are close to other customers getting beauty services.
