The all over color was great. Came back for my chocolate highlights. At first I told her just to frame the face in the initial interview and showed her 1 picture. However she suggested all over highlights, again I wanted to trust the process. Marissa did show me a picture of highlights(blonde), I said yes sure to the all over followed with chocolate brown please. I showed her 1 picture. I was confused why it was taking more than 3 hours. At the end after she washed my hair I asked if she had pit bleach, she nodded and said yes! I had to leave so I didn't say anything wasn't able to look at my hair. She bleached it after I had asked for no bleach. My hair was 4 different colors, red,blonde,green, ashy. I called and asked for it to fixed. Not what I had asked for. She did offer to fix it but I went somewhere else. I don't care about the cost. They costumer service was crappy. Marissa never called to check on me and have a conversation, instead I was told I got what I asked for. By the receptionist. Whatever. Where do I even start? "Salon" is a small room inside of a large building that appeared to house a…read moremultitude of salons. Would have been fine with that, however there were no chairs to sit or place your things. In the corner of the room was just a bunch of junk including cleaning supplies. The sink didn't have any soap, just a bottle of hand sanitizer. The woman, Sarah, didn't wear gloves while waxing my under arms. She started off using soft wax, but after realizing my hair was more coarse than originally thought she switched to hard wax. Perfectly fine, until she let the stick used to spread wax stick to my arm and then used the stick to rip off the wax. When doing the arm opposite of the wax she strung wax across my face. No apology, didn't try and remove the wax off my face, just watched me attempt to pull it off. Any wax is uncomfortable, but what got really painful was when she used a cloth to rub off any remaining wax. Overall it just wasn't a good experience. I'm all for supporting small businesses, but this just didn't seem right.

In addition, she seemed like she was high on something, not weed, because her responses were very slow, and she had slurred speech, and her head was rolling a lot. So, I tried to stay, but eventually we just stopped and did not finish the massage and they did not charge me. So that was the good part. Next time schedule with a therapist who knows what they are doing, especially if the patient asked for a specific type of massage. Please do not waste anyone's time. It cost too much money to waste time.
