    The garbage plate

Portion was very small. More like a side than a meal. I understand the prices going up, but they scaled back the size too.

A perfect diner for breakfast at a reasonable price. Their posted hours are 7am -2pm Monday-Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and Friday 7am-7pm. This is the ONLY place I will eat pancakes! Any and all are so delicious! This time around I tried the cinnamon roll pancake topped with a little bit of icing. No syrup needed these pancakes are so good all on their own. Also ordered a breakfast sandwich which was served on a fantastic roll. One of my favorite diners! But seriously you should try the pancakes!

My friends rave about this place, and having been from Lockport I can't believe I have not been here until now. Came in for breakfast over the weekend with husband. We came about an hour before they were closing up and it was clear that they were preparing for that, the few staff members were walking around eating and cleaning up, but it didn't really bother me. I ordered a bacon and cheese omelette, which is served with toast (I chose white) and I added hashbrowns since I saw in previous reviews that they have them. I wasn't given a choice of cheese, which I didn't realize until she brought it out, with lackluster American cheese that barely constituted enough for an omelette. The bacon slices were like full size pieces inside, which made it hard to eat. The toast was under toasted and had SO much butter (it seemed like fake butter) on it that had not melted and was all gooped on there. And the hashbrowns were underdone and soggy tasty. Nothing was really cooked the way I wanted it to be and I was disappointed. My husband really enjoyed his breakfast, so maybe I just ordered the wrong thing? I'll give it another shot I'm sure, I'll just pick something else.

A recent stop at this old school diner in the downtown part of Lockport fit the bill perfectly. My SIL wanted to take me out for a meal for my recent birthday, so we decided to take a short road trip from Clarence to Lockport. Ambiance inside is classic city style diner with murals and drawings on the walls and mostly booths with red cushioned seats. The outside isn't all that inviting. Just go in and seat yourself and enjoy the great food, service and reasonable prices. I ordered a build your own omelet and my SIL had the 2-2-2. All the food was prepared properly as ordered. My omelette was one of the best that I've had in WNY. I frequently go out for breakfast to a number of local places and am very critical of how omelets are made. Tom's is one of the few that do it right. Home fries were made from scratch with skin on baby reds and were cooked precisely. Pancakes were large, fluffy and delicious. Portions were generous, ingredients were fresh, and service was prompt and friendly. What more can you ask? I highly recommend. It's even worth a small road trip.

Very friendly and professional staff, quite relaxing atmosphere with superb decoration. Very comfy chairs and large table space. Everyone ordered a different entree and not only were they delicious but served with appetizing appeal. We were delighted with a special treat marking our celebration. To top it all off we were given a tour of the building including some of the guest rooms. It was our first visit....but not our last!

The opportunity finally presented itself and, overall, it was a really nice experience! Three of us had made reservations for 6pm on a Thursday and when we arrived, there were zero issues. Parking for Harvest is primarily street parking but there are smaller parking lots nearby. The interior comes across fancy, modern, with nice views of Main St. and as you walk in to the dining room, the open-kitchen to our left and a warmly lit, nicely stocked bar to our right. We were seated at a table towards the middle of the dining room. At 6pm, most tables were empty but when we were leaving there were a good amount of people at both the bar and seated in the dining room, so it seems like people tend to come for a later meal. Our waitress came over and poured us waters and provided drink and food menus. This was a first for me - the menus lit up! Our waitress though was incredibly courteous and personable, she did a fantastic job checking on us. To kick the evening off, I ordered their Honey Hibiscus cocktail, which is mezcal, Grand Marnier, hibiscus, ginger, honey, cinnamon, lime, and fee foam. This was a nicely balanced cocktail with a more floral, fruity flavor. With the open kitchen concept, it was neat to see the chef and cooks working on our meals as we relaxed, talked, and munched on some warmed focaccia-like bread with a freshly made balsamic, olive oil, herb dip. The bread was so soft with the perfect amount of chew on the crust/exterior, and served warm. For dinner, I ordered Pappardelle Mornay and added (perfectly grilled) chicken breast for a few more dollars, which is simply pappardelle pasta in a creamy cheese mornay. Our waitress crushed some black pepper atop my dish before I started in. This was excellent - The pasta itself tasted so fresh, the cheese mornay was indeed very creamy, and the grilled chicken breast was cooked, seasoned, cut, and portioned perfectly. I am really glad I added the chicken breast to this dish as I'm not sure the pasta itself would've filled me up. I'd definitely order this again! To wrap up our meal, since it was Thursday, there's a "1/2 off Nightcaps" special, so each of us enjoyed a cold foam espresso martini afterward, which is coffee-infused vodka, Nue vodka, FAIR Café liqueur, dark crème de cacao, Steamworks espresso, chocolate bitters, vanilla syrup, and topped with an infused cold foam, which we went with the Frangelico Hazelnut cold foam, and a few espresso beans. This was ridiculously rich and delish! Harvest is an intimate, elevated dining experience, designed to have you stay a while, relax, and enjoy a more personal meal. All of us really enjoyed our evening here and have nothing but high praise for the staff and quality food. This isn't a fast, casual, cheap sit-down meal, but it's an experience worth the higher price. I look forward to coming back!
