Friendly, helpful, fast and did everything they said they would…read more The Lady who served me when I walked in the shop welcomed me with a smile and couldn't do more for me, it was made clear what service I would be getting, how much it would cost and how long it would be before I could collect my suit. on collection I could not believe how good it looked, It was cleaned, pressed and in a plastic sleeve. the whole process was very easy, fast and at a price I couldn't ever complain about. Thanks Smarty's I will most definitely be using you again and would not hesitate in recommending you to my friends.

Two knee length dresses still had stains on both the inside and outside, to which the assistant stated "we don't look on the inside or clean them", despite paying £12 per dress. The steaming was of such poor quality that the inner lining was hanging below the outer dress. When I complained stating I was unhappy with the service the assistant repeatedly shouted at me and threatened to call the police on me. At no point was I rude or aggressive, I was simply asking for a refund for a poor service. The assistant has both poor dry cleaning skills and customer service skills I would really recommend that people avoid this business. There are more reputable dry cleaning services in both Royton and Lees who offer an exceptional service.
