Do not use this service for any suede they clearly cannot do this to any reasonable quality. **Note, after the store response we did take it to the retailer where it was pointed out to me that the store have admitted to dry cleaning a jacket that specifically states no dry cleaning - specialist leather clean only, which I might add is what we ordered ** (I have attached photo's in case of future edits) As such they have assured that the cleanings service is at fault and I am unable to take up any concerns with the retailer.*** This was due to a google response.
