For our property, they installed approximately four tons of pea gravel to create a dedicated RV parking area and central backyard patio with an enhancement wall that is stucco covered cinder block and capped with travertine. The central patio is pavers and measures 15' by 15' and is flanked by two additional 15' by 15' artificial grass sections, each carefully bordered with pavers for a clean, polished look. Every detail of the project was executed flawlessly. The finished result is not only visually pleasing but has also added meaningful value to our home. Diego and his team take great pride in their work, ensuring that every aspect is completed correctly and to the highest standard. They are attentive to your vision and will follow your plans precisely, or, if you prefer guidance, Diego offers excellent design ideas that you can trust completely. Diego and his team are true professionals. We were so impressed with their workmanship and dedication that we have already decided to have Sonora Pave and Stone return to expand our paver driveway, build a custom BBQ area, and install a patio cover.

This is a positive feedback review on Kevin Peterson - who works for Greenheart Landscapes…read more I left several messages through Yelp App requesting a quote on a project I had in mind. Kevin called a couple hours later and I could tell the sincerity of his voice immediately, "how can I help you?" Nice guy. Polite. I proceeded to tell him what I've noticed for a while now: Our side yard and backyard have noticeable puddling during heavy rain pours, and it takes a while for the puddle to clear. I told Kevin based on what I've read we might need to regrade, or place french drain? Kevin looked up at our house via Google map and he provided his thoughts and assessment on what might be a better solution. He gave me a phone# and the name of a guy that could better help us and provide resolution to our issues. I felt that Kevin was honest, professional, and guided me with appropriate direction that was best suited for our issue, especially given the cost involved. You rarely get this kind of professional service anymore! Kevin, thank you so much for returning my call. I can't say enough positive things about you! God bless you!

I had to contact them a few times over the next week to finally have them come back and finish the job they should have done initially. I got voicemails promising they would come Monday, they didn't, then another voicemail telling me Wednesday, they didn't. Then they finally show up unannounced on Thursday and finish the job Price is good for sure but reliability is trash. If you aren't ina rush and are able to check on the work while being done then maybe.

Joey came out to do the quote and was quick, efficient, and explained what to expect. I received the estimate later that same day as promised and the price was fair. When I approved the quote we talked about color options, and he recommended the "Native" color. I wanted something neutral but with a little character in a herringbone pattern, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. He also mentioned darker tones tend to hold up better in the Arizona heat since lighter colors fade faster. The only hiccup was the scheduling process. They require a deposit before scheduling, which made me a little hesitant. I was told I'd get a call later that day to set the install date, but it took a couple follow-up calls before we actually got it confirmed. The office staff was always very polite and helpful though. On install day, I had given instructions on where materials could be placed since I live in a townhouse complex, but the pavers ended up being left in the grass overnight instead. Luckily everything was fine. I later found out the superintendent originally assigned to my project got sick, so another team member stepped in and didn't have all the details from our earlier conversations, which probably explains the communication mix-up. That said, once the work started the crew moved quickly and finished within the expected timeframe (about three days). The final result looks great and I'm very happy with the finished project.

Poor communication and project management; still incomplete after 3+ months…read more We hired CitiScapes for a travertine paver and turf installation. The crew's craftsmanship on the travertine was genuinely good, but everything around project management and communication fell short. Owner Kendall repeatedly gave us specific dates and times for work to happen, which were then missed without proactive updates -- we had to chase him for status on nearly every phase. Demo also ran long, and the crew failed to clear debris from our driveway in time for Easter; we ended up using Facebook Marketplace to get people to haul away leftover materials ourselves. The turf installation has been the most disappointing part. For what we paid for a premium product, the seams are visibly poor. It took five weeks just to get a crew out to attempt a repair, and that attempt made the seam lines worse. We now have a tentative date for another repair, but given the pattern of missed commitments, we're not confident it will be honored. At one point we went over a month without any contact from them - until they called asking for payment, and we had to push back to get anyone out to the site. The project started before Easter. It's now nearly August, and it's still not finished. If clear communication and reliable follow-through matter to you, I'd be cautious about pursuing CitiScapes.
