Since this was never stated to me at the time of placement, nothing had happened. The pest droppings continued to accumulate. After very rude correspondence over the phone, I said I'm going to cancel with them and her response was, "yep that's fine." I've already spread the word as this company clearly doesn't care about it's customers or giving simple instructions. Not a good look guys. The company was great, they came to the complex, took their time and spent at least 4-5 hours spraying down everything (over 140 units). I would not recommend this business to anyone requiring treatment of mature trees: their equipment is not modern or well-maintained enough to reach the crowns or tops of trees, leaving active problems without complete control.
