The noodles were flavorful and the perfect texture and generously topped with 5 crisp pickled vegetables: cucumbers, carrot, seaweed, daikon and radish plus fresh cilantro with a light sesame sauce. Sesame sandwich with Asian grilled chicken was everything I always wished a stuffed pizza could be. Doughy and indulgent. Kind of the opposite, health wise, from the salad but a satisfying contrast. Chef is still entertaining customers while keeping the kitchen in efficient motion and doling out free taste samples - so visit soon before the truck gets too popular to offer so much value added on top of the already nice combo meal deals.

I went with two vegetable spring rolls and a mango bubble tea. The bubble tea is done pretty quick, especially since they have a machine that shakes it for them (yes, really). The food took a little while to come out but it was fresh so I can't complain too much. The bubble tea was good but a bit too sweet for my tastes. The spring rolls were very light and flaky. They could have packed a bit more flavor but the dipping sauce they provided took care of that. The two rolls and the tea came to $8.50, which is a bit steep for how little you get but not terrible provided the area they're in. Overall, not a bad place and the chef is very friendly.

Mind you, all of his meats were in some cooler that didn't look like it's been clean and none of the meats were packaged. And the cheese ? He took that out of a Tupperware and I clearly saw mold. Totally unsanitary. So the ham didn't look good, the cheese was gross, and he hadn't been wearing gloves the entire time (even after holding the ham to show it to me) I was obviously hesitant at that point and this guy proceeded to tell me we're done here and that I would be better off going someplace else.
