The first cleaning team (2 persons) Marco sent arrived toward the evening and didn't finish. The work that was completed was rushed and the younger person on the team was not knowledgeable and very overwhelmed. It seems like that had been sent out after a big job earlier that day. Deep clean for move out walk-through. 480sq ft studio with carpet on sixth floor of condo building. 1. The only company I could find via Yelp who would clean AND shampoo carpets. Lots of companies do one or the other but not BOTH. 2. The studio looked fabulous when they were done! They paid attention to detail and were very easy to work with. The owner is responsive via text which is great. 3. Pricing was fabulous. $200 total for cleaning and carpet cleaning. And took about 1.5 hours. 4. Will be getting full rental deposit back!! I was extemely pleased with "deep" cleaning the 2 ladies did to my 500sq feet apartment. They cleaned EVERYTHING (dishes, walls, windows, floors, crevices, except inside the closets). They even cleaned my grimy oven and thoroughly cleaned my refrigerator. The thing that I liked the most was how they also organized my piles after cleaning all the dust off stuff. Showed up over an hour late for schedule time they told me they would be there. While they attempted to clean, they didn't clean under the granite counters and quite a few other places. It's a place where a person has a "crew" come out and clean and the actual other person I'm guessing sits in an office all day. They didn't mop or clean our tile floors. I guess you could say this was a basic clean but they were there for 5 hours and used a whole lot of bleach cause that's all you can smell in the house now. I'd look elsewhere for cleaning companies. read more

We called Marco Maldonado, Manager/CEO, and scheduled his crew of 3 to clean a vacant property the next day. Marco was 30 minutes late and showed up without a crew making an excuse. I proceeded to review a list of what we wanted done and walked Marco through the property. Marco agreed to meet at the house at 7:00am the following morning with his crew to go over what we had discussed. Note: This house had ALL brand new floors, the interior was newly painted, and the tub/sinks/toilets were all new - so it wasn't a huge job. A crew of only 2 cleaning ladies showed up at 7am and Marco never did show up until they were "finished" wanted to be paid. Luckily, I was not available so I told Marco we would meet up the following day for payment. Marco sent me several angry texts but agreed. After reviewing the cleaning work later that night, my husband was livid. The light bulbs/rings still had cobwebs, the handles in the kitchen were still greasy, the shelves in the closets were still dusty, etc. There was zero accountability of all involved and their standards are not set very high. Their goal is to get in, get out, get paid and move on to the next job as quickly as possible. Marco sent out a crew of 3 ladies the next morning at 7am and rather than showing up and supervising them, my husband was left to supervise them while they cleaned for over an hour. Marco showed up towards the end -- mostly because payment was involved. I definitely would NOT recommend using this company for your cleaning needs. VERY freaked out. I was asleep and heard a voice I had never heard open my front door (without a key, it was unlocked from my roommate leaving) I jumped out of bed and see a man and 2 women with tons of cleaning supplies coming into my house??? I had heard some knocking but was half asleep and knew we weren't expecting anyone. The man had gotten the house number wrong and it was my neighbor that had called the house cleaning....but why the hell would you just walk into someone's house like that?!?! Horrible from the word go. Should have seen the signs immediately but my wife thought some of the issues over a few cleaning visits were no big deal. Like broken items not reported until I found them, misplaced items, lights left on, quoting one rate then asking for another after the job was done, rescheduling at the last minute. One time they broken the shower handle and the owner (Marco) was nice enough to come by and fix it but he did it wrong and it was still leaking so I had to hire a plumber to do the job right. A couple times he was nice enough to give me a few bucks off the $100 to compensate for broken items: ceiling lamp, glass photo frame, neon light. A couple times the floors were not finished. This last (and final visit went like this: First, Marco asked if he could schedule for Saturday at 12:30, which I said was fine. I had a dentist appointment at 10:00 about 30 mi away so that left me time. But, the Friday before he calls and asks if they can come around 9:00. I said ok, but they need to arrive on time so I can make my 10:00 appointment (they are often late). So, they show up the next day at 9:00, I leave for my appointment and all is good right? Wrong. So, I get back they're still cleaning which is great, then they leave and I pay them a higher rate than usual because it had been some time since they had cleaning ($120) and two women were there for about 3 hours for a 2200 sq ft home, minus three rooms which did not need cleaning. So, you would think in three hours they could have done a good job? Wrong. They didn't vacuum the carpeted stairs (which they had always done), didn't finish the laminate floors upstairs, didn't put ANYTHING back including heavy items which I have repeatedly told them I cannot do because of a bad back. So, I called Marco and he said they would come back around 4:00 to finish. At 5:30 they arrive and do the stairs and put a couple things back I couldn't (I didn't want to just push these two large baskets with my foot because it might scratch the floors). Anyway, after an hour+ of putting these back to the way they were I discovered a broken picture frame glass, and a photo of my daughter laying nearby. I called him and said I would be going with another service. I think the problem with these guys is they storm through the place too quickly not paying attention to detail because Marco is trying to squeeze in too much business perhaps. In any case, my advice is to be very careful with this group because I've heard from others as well that time and time again they unplug things and don't plug them back in, leave lights on, leave windows and doors unlocked, break things, and don't complete the work. They need to slow down and do the job their company says which is to do a thorough deep cleaning. I should not have to pay $120 of my hard earned $$ just to have to spend another hour to an hour and a half of rearranging, inspecting and complaining. It happened to me every time and I am really an easy customer generally speaking and try to be understanding that people make mistakes and are human. But when the same mistakes are made over and over and over I can't deal with it. BUYER BEWARE!!! read more
