Russell at the spa was wonderful! Impeccable customer service. Took the time to walk us through the spa and the amenities! He also made recommendations for local places to eat. read more

Best way to end a day after a visit to Zion National Park. The amazing service began when I made the appointment. Russ was great and when I arrived he greeted me like an old friend. The Spanish amazing, every toilet is a TOTO with full bidet. After a rinse I relaxed in the lounge,if felt like I was on clouds looking at the incredible mountains. After enjoying the Aveda tea Kassi got me for my 90 minute massage. She worked miracles, I felt like a new woman. I finished my visit using the eucalyptus infused steam and a nap by the outside pool. If you are in the area, I strongly recommend this spa!!! read more

I spent two very relaxing days here and I could probably spend my entire day here too! My first day I got a 60 minute couples massage. The quality of the massage was amazing. My second day I got a 60 minute facial which was equally magnificent. The specialists and staff treat you exceptionally. And treatments include all day use of the relaxation lounge, hot tub, cold plunge and sauna. Unfortunately the sauna was unavailable while I was here but that was totally fine since I did ample time in the relation lounge and spent about another hour each day chillin in the hot tub. I wish my living room was the relaxation room along with the restroom up there. I was OBSESSED with the bidets lol the facilities were immaculate. Too bad this isn't in Vegas but luckily Springdale is just a short road trip over. Highly recommend this place along with the neighboring restaurant, Spotted Dog and hotel, Flanigan's. read more

The best massage I've ever had!!! The bed was super comfortable, the hot stones, hot towels, amazing! And they warm your robe during your massage. What a wonderful thing to put on. The facility is clean, staff very friendly, and you have the option to stay all day to use all they offer if you want to. I highly recommend!!! I had Amanda. She was awesome! read more

Best massage this 60-something lady ever had. And I have had my share. Lulu used everything in her arsenal to help me recover from my overly-ambitious Pilates workouts. read more

Had a lovely massage on my birthday! The massage was great! Enjoyed the leg massage and hot towel wrap on my feet! Really relaxing! They have a Japanese toilet there so if you happen to use the restroom, you're in for a nice heated seat. read more

My friend and I came in for massages in the couples room and it was awesome. All the staff are so kind, starting with Ryan at check in. They were able to get us in last minute and Nick and Amanda were both amazing. They didn't skimp us on time like many places do, the pressure was perfect, the facility was clean and beautiful and just great vibes all around. My friend doesn't like to yap during massages and her masseuse didn't and I like to yap a little bit and my masseuse did so it was perfect. 10/10 experience, will be back. read more

My husband and I had massages booked back to back. I get regular massages and like a medium pressure. I like some emphasis in areas but medium normally works perfect. The massage ladies idea of medium was barely touching me. It felt like she was just wiping her hands over my back. I needed some help. I was in some pain and needed some things rubbed out. I asked her a couple of times to do it a little harder and it was a little, but not much. She was extremely light handed. I was fine after my massage and felt a little better until my husband said she mentioned me in his massage. When she was asking how he wanted it she made a rude comment about me wanting it harder. We both experienced her to be a bit stand offish but I just let it go at first. I just can't believe a therapist would complain about their prior client to their spouse. read more

After a long day hiking on the east rim, I booked back to back appointments for my spouse and I at the spa (located in Flanigan's Inn). We got Raina and she was fantastic. She's very good at what she does and she listens. She's also fun to chat with, too. My spouse and I are very different in how we like our massages and we were both very happy and impressed with her proficiency. I wish I could find a Raina where I live! read more

I just stayed at Flanigan's Inn and Deep Canyon Spa. We were so excited that Utah was open! It was the reason why we chose to come here in the first place. We got the spa and dinner for two package. It was worth every penny! The food was delicious and the staff very helpful and attentive. The spa treatments were amazing! My niece and daughter had Ellen and Rebecca was my therapist. I can't remember the last time I had such a great treatment, and I've had hundreds through the years. Rebecca truly has a gift. I highly recommend Flanigan's Inn, Spotted Dog Cafe and Deep Canyon Spa! Ask for Rebecca or Ellen! read more

No detail is overlooked. Spas and treatments can often be risky in small towns with those tourist dollars waving but this place is exceptional. The scent begins to relax you the second you walk in. I got there straight off a trail and Dre immediately let me shower. From the music to her pace and her perfect touch - nothing is overlooked. The rooms are very clean, the tables are comfortable and linens are light and clean smelling. She did not begin with endless chatter which I LOVE. I had a massage and a facial and I am no novice - she is superb. No flapping of body parts or anything and if you are modest - she's got you perfectly covered. Dre was so good that I brought my husband to her - he always has knots! She worked on them and his IT band which is always a hot mess and he was like Gumby afterwards. I had Ellen work on my feet at the same time and again - she was perfection!! I asked about their training because they were so talented. This little spa and her therapists are hidden gems - forget this rocks you'll see all over Zion - the diamonds are HERE! read more

Best massage ever! I had the most amazing massage at Deep Canyon Spa from David Sanchez aka the magical healer. From the moment you walk in, you automatically feel the relaxed and healing atmosphere. The massage was out of this world, especially after a day of hiking around gorgeous Zion. Next time I'm in town, I will certainly be going back so thank you David and staff for making this an incredible experience. Highly recommend!!! read more

This place was heavenly! My body was very sore and achy from hiking. I was very thankful I was able to make a same day appointment. I opted for the 90 minute hot stone massage. Ashley was AMAAAAZING!! I cannot say enough great things about her. I just melted into a big pile of goo. She also put some essential oil on the head rest so it smelled wonderful and was just extremely relaxing. At the end of the massage she played the singing bowels which was a perfect ending. My only regret was not booking the 2 hour massage instead. At the end of your massage you can help yourself to some flavored water and teas. Well worth the money. If I'm ever back in the city I will 100% book with her again. read more

My husband and I booked a hot stone couples massage as a treat to our bodies after all the hiking we'd been doing and I am so glad we did! The space was soothing and quiet. Our therapists Drey and Sherry were thorough and supportive. It was my husband's first massage ever and he absolutely loved it. We left there with a feeling of complete peace. If your trip to Utah includes multiple parks which means a lot of time in a car coupled with a lot of hiking? Give your weary body this treat. I promise it's worth it! read more

Amazing massage! Asked about pressure and if it was enough/too much. Much needed after a long day of hiking! Feel much more refreshed.

Ashley has a great hand she is awesome if you want strong hand choose definitely Ashley...

My husband and I booked a 60-minute couples massage during our trip to Zion National Park. We did not stay in the hotel, but prior to travel, the offerings from this spa seemed better that the rest in the area. The massage therapists that worked on our sore muscles (after days of hiking) did an incredible job. They catered the massage to our needs (mine was deep tissue) and helped us relax (and work out knots) after a lot of strenuous activities. The spa was quiet and clean, and the ambience of the massage room was excellent for our massage. I also had a pedicure after my massage. This area of the spa was also clean and was very comfortable. My pedicurist was phenomenal. She was super friendly and took great care during my pedicure. She did an excellent job with nail maintenance and provided a relaxing scrub and massage on my feet/legs. As someone who has had numerous pedicures over the years, I'd rate my experience here among the top 3. Thank you to the staff and spa at Deep Canyon for such an amazing relaxation day! read more

This was the second time I've been to this place... so I think it's time for me to write a review. The massages here are AMAZING. Better than any I've received internationally or at home in the Bay Area. For the price, it's worth every penny, especially after a few days of hiking and canyoneering (I did the two hour massage both times.) I was able to book my massages the same day! 1) Each time I've gone, they've offered to let me use their hot tub and/or their multi... MULTIPLE shower headed facility before my massage which is heaven sent, especially after a few days at the camp ground. 2) The masseuses are passionate about massage, and you can feel it in their work. They know what they are doing and know how much pressure to apply. They detect your knots and trouble areas, read your muscle tense-ness? and knots... and get them out of there. 3) Whenever possible, they use organic, natural oils to massage. (Coconut oil, and also a lotion that works like icy hot, but as an essential oil blend) I came out of the massage feeling and smelling amazing. When I go to Zion, I look forward to the hikes, canyoneering and the massages at Deep Canyon Spa. It's a great reward after all that hiking, and you deserve a bit of pampering... so stop reading this review and treat yourself to the best massage ever! I promise, you'll be in good hands (literally)! read more

All 4 of us absolutely loved our massages and facial. The best ever by all accounts. Highly highly recommend.

I booked a ninety minute custom massage to help ease my tight muscles after some hiking in Zion. I am so happy that I did. David Sanchez was my therapist and from beginning to end he was AMAZING. His expertise helped me with an old injury to my shoulder as well as helping me enjoy my next day of hiking so much more. The spa is beautiful, tranquil and everyone at Flannigan's Inn ( where the spa is located ) were friendly and professional. Thank you David and staff. read more

Had the most incredible massage at Deep Canyon Spa today. David Sanchez is truly amazing and you should run to schedule an appointment with him! Hands down one of the best massages I have had. And the spa itself is lovely and relaxing with nice amenities. I would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks, Sanchez! read more

I experienced probably the best massage of my life with Christine. She has a very unique technique where she hangs from the ceiling and uses her heels. Very intense and awesome. I was quite sore from a day of mountain biking followed by a 17 Mile trek from Lava Point to The Grotto the day before. I totally recommend her ....and to go for the 90-minute treatment! read more

Had a great couple massage with Sherry and my husband's technician was .. I think Alisha or Alisa. My husband and I both left feeling extremely relaxed. Sherry is very skilled. She gave me a Swedish massage with hot stones and her technique was fantastic. I also appreciated that she wore her mask during the massage. Due to COVID, we've avoided massages but that made me comfortable. After a long hike and bike ride, it was just what we needed. We're also glad we were able to get a last minute appointment just hours before. Only thing I questioned is that the spa had a non-refundable cancellation policy and required a credit card to hold the appointment.. even though we booked a few hours in advance.. seems a bit excessive. read more

Alisa is fantastic, highly recommend... very professional ,love the oil 2nd massage with Deb ... highly recommend.. dealt with a very tight back and Achilles.. best I ever had as a deep tissue massage read more

Really pleased with the wonderful and relaxing massage and facial I got here. Their attention to detail really shows and I loved my treatments here. This is a fabulous oasis of rest and relaxation! read more

Christine Wolken is amazing. I completed the Zion half yesterday and my IT band was pretty ticked with me. When I go in for a massage I look at it as making progress - relaxation is not my top priority. Christine did a wonderful job of mixing relaxing techniques with intense pressure to get my IT band and calf muscles to calm down. Thank you Christine!! I will come to see you again next year. read more

This spa is located inside Flanigan's Inn. I had an amazing massage done by Naomi (I hope I'm spelling her name right). I did the steaming sacred river stone massage, 1 hour was $95. It was a full body massage that incoporated heated stones, wasn't sure if I would like it at first just because I like firm pressure so I wasn't sure how firm she could go not using her hands and using a stone, but somehow it worked. She kept the chit chat to a minimum, and didn't try to sell me anything, bonus points for her. My 3 other friends also had services done, and each were very happy, I believe Ellen was another therapist who scored big points with my friends. I can't remember the name of the girl who did 2 of my friends eyebrows but she was great as well. They have a lot of services to offer from, massage, couples massage, alternative healing, facials & body wraps, and a full service salon. A huge plus is they use organic ingredients. read more

I had the most AMAZING massage yesterday by Ellen! She knew where every tension spot were and worked them out until they were released. I've had many massages done, but THIS was the BEST I've ever experienced! Strong hands, kind spirit. I will totally make an appt again the next time I'm visiting Zion. read more

Karlie Young gave us great haircuts and made us feel so welcome even though we were just visiting. Thanks so much!

I was disappointed by this spa. I made an appointment specifically telling the receptionist I wanted to come in as I had a head cold & a lot of pressure on my sinuses, which I was hoping a massage would help with. I was asked for a credit card to secure my reservation, which I thought funny as it was only 45 minutes to the appointment time - what, were they worried I'd cancel at the last minute?!? When I arrived, I was told that they were sorry, but none the staff would agree to work on me (due to the head cold). While I understand not wanting to get sick - I wasn't planning to cough on them, share saliva or otherwise infect them. I would have been fine with someone using a mask if that made them more comfortable, but I was left feeling like a leper as it was. Why not have a policy against anyone coming in who has a cold if this is the outcome? To make matters worse the receptionist who was awkwardly apologetic about the whole thing then offered to sell me some cream that might help with my sinuses and when I asked about their adjoining restaurant as I'd skipped my hotel's complimentary breakfast to come to the massage appointment she brightened and said she could probably get me a $1 off coupon to the breakfast buffet as compensation. Ummm, you insult me, try to upsell me, and then try and buy me off cheaply? It would have been better at that point to offer nothing vs $1. No thanks - moving on to a more professional environment and staff. read more

Amazing!! Drey was incredible. Best massage I've ever had! I will be back. So much power in her hands.

5 stars and he BEST massage ever by Dre! The staff was very professional and Dre was exceptional at her craft! The only difficulty I had was phoning in a reservation because cellular service is spotty in Springdale. I took a chance and drove in around 1pm to ask the soonest I could get a reservation (thinking I might have to return the next day) and they were able to work me in that afternoon! read more

This place is amazing! My boyfriend and I got a couples massage and we're so impressed and happy with our massages and the service all around! Dre was great! I told her I have issues with my hips and I'd been hiking so my legs were a little sore. She had be feeling like a new woman! The couples room was dim and so comfortable and romantic. Very nice!! I believe karley was my boyfriends masseus and he has been going on about how good he feels and how happy he was with our experience there. Both girls were so sweet and comforting and made us feel like they love and care about what they're doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more
