An absolute delight after a looooong day of hiking. The staff here are something from a dream with how professional they are. I came in as a walk in around closing and they were able to get me scheduled in, while also allowing and waiting for me to return my e-bike in town. Something so many spas would have sent me away from they offered me patience and grace. The treatment options are wide and the prices seem reasonable. (You get a discount if you're staying at the lodge!!) I had a wonderful experience and thank this spa for my body not being so sore the next day! Absolutely a must! read more

I booked a massage with Scott at the spa at Cable Mountain Lodge after running a race in town, and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. He was very thorough and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. I went into the massage with achy, tired legs and left feeling like I could go on a hike (as a matter of fact, that's what I did). The facility is very tranquil and welcoming, and the relaxation room was quiet and peaceful. All of the staff here are wonderful. Treated myself to my yearly bday massage this past February and got the 60 minute hot salt stone massage after 3 full days of serious hiking - all I can say is WOWWWW!!! I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Gwen - and it just might have been the absolute best massage and overall spa experience I've ever had in my life!!! The spa itself is just lovely - cozy, mellow colors, soft, relaxing music - everything just helps you totally melt into relaxation mode - even the friendly and warm staff. I think having an incredible spa experience like this after a long few days of strenuous exercise just takes it to a whole other level! After you check in, they take you to the changing room. Now this is no ordinary changing room - it has showers, a sauna, and even a gorgeous, huge soaking tub! Sadly the tub and sauna were closed due to Covid. But that just gives me an excuse to have to come back lol! Everything's spotless - and the shower is packed full of delicious smelling soaps and shampoos! And the robes and towels are so so soft! After you change and rinse off, you go downstairs to the salt lounge - this was one of my fave parts!!! There's a huge "salt wall" - basically a floor-to-ceiling Himalayan salt lamp! The ambiance is so so relaxing- words just don't do it justice! So you wait here in the super comfy chairs with the salt lamp wall until your masseuse comes out to get you. They also provide different infused waters too! After a brief wait, Gwen came out and took me back to the room - she was just incredible!! So so sweet and did a great job explaining everything to me. She even went above and beyond and helped me with my TMJ - something she picked up all on her own Bc she's so intuitive and really cares about you! I was so impressed! My jaw and shoulders never felt better after she finished wow!! And her massage techniques are just on point - perfect pressure consistently and so therapeutic! She's just amazing - can't recommend her enough! Afterwards they gave us a lovely chocolate truffle and led us back out to enjoy the salt lounge as long as we wanted! My hiking buddy and I were so relaxed we were just sitting there in a daze, eating our chocolates like zombies haha!! It was heavenly!! Total bliss out! They have a great selection of oils and lotions and candles and all sorts of stuff up in their lobby area. I also really liked that they had a lock box for you to put any cash tips in - first you put them in a little envelope with the option to write a message to your masseuse and then drop it in the box! So cool! Their prices are very reasonable imo for the quality you get and how great it is in just the spa itself! They're in a shopping center next to the BrewCo - plenty of parking and right at the entrance to Zion so very easy to find. Do yourself a favor and treat yo self after all that hiking!! 4.5 for this gem! The front desk staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. The facility is small however we were here on the "off season" (12/21) so we had the whole place to ourselves essentially! The jacuzzi could've been a few degrees hotter but it still got the job done warming my muscles before the massage. The steam room was fabulous and got super steamy and hot! My husband and I had a couples massage and both therapist were great! Robert treated me and he was amazing. My only regret is not booking a longer treatment because 60 minutes with him was not enough! The 1/2 star taken off is because there were no snacks supplied and the hot water for the teas in the relaxation room was luke warm. We could've used some nuts, fruit or granola bars as we were there for 3+ hours. My only other complaint is that the vanity you get ready in is right near the steam/ showers so it is very warm! Made it difficult to blow dry my hair whilst I was sweating. Luckily there was a small fan there that I could aim at myself. All in all, we loved it and will be back! OH! And a good tip to know is: they treat guests from Las Vegas and/or Salt Lake City as "locals" so you get 15% off your treatments! That's super sweet! read more

Absolutely most fabulous spa with the most attentive and professional staff I have ever experienced on my vacation spa travels. I have been getting massage therapy since my car accident over 15 years. My masseuse at the cable mountain spa was beyond skilled and figured out my "bad" areas within ten minutes, possibly even better than my hometown massage therapist. I really wish I had more time to dedicate to just lounging in the whirl pool and steam room. I was alone but saw a group of ladies have a great time, I was jealous I didn't have my friends with me to do the same. FOR SURE next time. A group of four of us booked massages here after a full day of hiking in the park. The massages were amazing all of our therapists knew what they were doing. The front desk staff, however, did not measure up to the therapists. As we were waiting for the last member of our group to finish I asked if I could use the restroom, they told me no, that I should go to the public restroom across the street. (!) After having dropped 700+ dollars here just 10 minutes prior! Maybe it was just a bad day but it may be time for a refresher in customer care for the front desk. read more

I just finished a massage with Robert and it was one, if not the, best massages I've ever had. I have regular massages and always try spas on vacation, so am a bit of an expert. . After tweaking my lower back and then hiking for 7 days, I was a mess but Robert got all of the knots out. I like deep pressure and he delivered. The spa itself was very nice and relaxing. After a long morning hike in Zion all I wanted was to treat myself to a massage and I got so much more than I was expecting! Making the reservation was super easy and the woman at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. I arrived early to take advantage of the showers, and upon arrival I was given a robe a slippers. The locker room was spotless and the bath products smelled amazing. After my shower I headed to the relaxation area before my massage and there were lots of comfortable armchairs and sofas to lounge in. Then, the best massage of my life. I get massages fairly regularly and this was by far the most amazing experience. I'm sorry I forgot the name of my massage therapist but he was absolutely fantastic. I'm not usually one for aromatherapy but the selections smelled too good to turn down. We talked about which areas needed attention and he actually managed to release some of the horrific tension in my neck and shoulders. The table was heated and movable, I'm fairly big up front and that the table was able to be adjusted to accommodate that was beyond amazing. I'm sad I only found them on my last day in Utah, honestly I'm planning another trip back just to have a spa weekend here! read more

We came to Zion for a hike and my husband and I were having some tightness in our back and I had some right arm pain going on. We saw this spa after our hike and decided to give it a try. I had Robert and my husband had Barbara as our masseuses and they were both amazing!!! I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and pain free. Robert knew what he was doing and was able to find and fix what had been a major focus of discomfort for me. We also felt safe being in the spa. They checked our temperature, sanitized us and asked us to shower first before seeing our therapist. We decided to book another massage for tomorrow but unfortunately both our therapists are off but we were so impressed with the facility and professionalism we will still give the others a try. read more

I have been coming to Zion for many years and a quality spa has been a missing element in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world. THIS SPA IS OUTSTANDING!!! The character and charisma of the people, the quality amenities, the professionalism, knowledge and care of the therapists all contribute to the overall exemplary experience. I had the Mountain of the Sun massage (salt stone massage) and my boys and my husband had the Pah Tempe Mineral Soak, which takes place in the coolest zero gravity chairs ever. We all loved everything. I would drive up here just for the spa experience alone. The spa is small, so it isn't over run with lots of activity. The facility is clean, and the amenities are unique - and peaceful. Prices are very reasonable (in line with and cheaper than Las Vegas, where we are from). I'd highly recommend after your long hike, long drive, or just as time away for rest and relaxation, that you treat yourself here. You won't be disappointed. read more

Wow do I love this place. I've had the luck of going to some very nice spas in different parts of the world and this one is my favorite. Hands down the best spa experience I've ever had, and not because it's super fancy - it's a simply a deeply well-thought through experience. They are taking COVID protocols very seriously, as other reviewers have noted. They take your temperature at check in, have you answer a short questionnaire and give you some sanitizer for your hands upon entry; everyone who works in the spa is masked. Now on to the things I loved (which are numerous, but I'll list the main 3): The showers - As part of their COVID protocols, they ask all guests to shower before their treatments. You are in for a treat with this shower. The soaps and shampoos all have the same cedar and sage scent that they use for some of the treatments. Each shower also has a eucalyptus spray so that you can have a little aromatherapy steam - it's blissful, like entering an incredibly relaxing forest, and made me want to stay in the shower for hours. The relaxation room - most of the spas I've been to have rooms like this which serve as a waiting room before and between treatments. Usually it feels like a waiting room, and I end up feeling antsy instead of relaxed. This one is something else entirely. The music here and throughout the spa is part of what I found out is a playlist of music that Holly made at a 432 megahertz frequency. And the art in this room takes it to another level. There is a video screen that has an incredibly beautiful and soothing art installation of what look like cherry blossom flower petals floating by across a white background. It looks almost like a window. There's something about the combination of the video, the lovely cushiony chairs, the pink himalayan salt rock wall and lamps, and the music that will make you want to stay in this room for hours. I came back here after my massage for a while and just sort of relaxed and meditated looking at the flower petals. You'll definitely want to leave some time to just relax here after your treatment. The treatment - I did the Mountain of the Sun hot salt stone massage and jojoba hair and scalp treatment. Robert was my masseuse. These were two of the best treatments I've ever had, but for unexpected reasons. I think there's something about the energy of this place, and the intention they put behind their work that makes it very special. Robert walked me through all of the different oils and balms he would use (which all had that same amazing cedar and sage smell), and then took a moment to spray some aromatherapy mist in the air and - as he put it - set the intention for the treatments. He let me take a moment, before the treatments started, to just think about healing. He gave the treatments themselves a similar energy - while they were both incredibly relaxing, it felt much more like a healing experience than I was expecting. I left the spa feeling incredibly well taken care of and wishing I could come back every week. My fiance and I just relocated to a town across the border in Arizona, and I hope to come back again soon. I couldn't recommend it more highly. read more

After a long 18mile bike ride through the park, my girlfriend and I settled in for some couples massages. We were quite early, but the kind and sweet accommodating staff took us in early and let us relax in their waiting lobby with cold refreshments and soothing music. The facilities are impeccable--they ask you to shower in their locker rooms which are stunning and extremely clean (use the eucalyptus shower spray). Then mosey on downstairs in a comfy robe and slippers while you wait for your masseuse. Both masseuses were very inviting and kind and asked good detailed questions about what areas we wanted worked on. The massages themselves were impeccable, I had a stiff back that was cured after a 60min session. Overall i couldn't speak more highly of the spa or of all staff members who work there.
