We only had a few minutes to spare and thought, why not, let's treat ourselves. Best decision. The banana bread was hands down the best I've EVER had. I'm not exaggerating when I say I now feel like I need this in my life at least once a week....which is slightly dangerous. The space itself was busy, but there was still plenty of seating, and so many pastries and drinks to choose from. We had someone meeting us who was a little worried about parking, but there's a separate entrance (away from the mall) and plenty of spots, which makes it super easy. I'll be honest, the service didn't wow me, but the quality of the food more than made up for it, so it's still a five star experience in my book. Just something to know going in. Such a simple stop, and one we won't forget. It was the perfect moment before a really big one for us.

I got the basil ice cream, which had that flavor note that you only ever get with fresh-from-the-garden basil. The location is also really good as it's walking distance from my family's place and the 50th and France area is pleasant to take a stroll around with your ice cream.

But during the cooler months, there is only one table and a couple of small benches. One thing I've always liked about Cold Stone is that the ice cream is thicker and doesn't melt so fast but not sure if the utensils they used were warm or what but my ice cream was a bit soft & pretty melted by time all 3 orders were made & we paid. It was good otherwise. Place was fairly clean. They have 2-3 tables to dine in. Parking is easy, as it's in a strip mall as well as shared larger parking lot.

The cheesecake had a good mix of cake, chocolate, and cheesecake. Both the entree and cheesecake took me 2 meals to finish, which I think was perfect for not over stuffing myself at once. If you are allergic to shellfish I would not go to Cheesecake Factory if you have any other food allergies I wouldn't go to Cheesecake Factory. It was the kitchen that screwed up several times including one time that could have actually killed someone had my allergy been severe. And after all that, our food wasn't even comped. But they have a whole bunch of interesting coffee and tea options. I also had a hot item that was pretty good. They have a heater that looks like something from a convenience store, and there are hot offerings in there like the flatbread-esque thing I had. It did actually taste quite good, but I think if they are serious about hot items they could manage a better presentation. There are compelling selections in that little box. The pastries I bought were absolutely delicious. Again kind of pricey, but the quality is immediately noticeable and I will 100% be back for some of those things.
