The cakes (chocolate for one and almond white for the other) tasted good but were a bit dry. the fillings (Baileys Irish Cream mousse and Vanilla Bavarian cream) were delicious but they were not spread to the edges, so the frosting was used to connect layers up to 2 inches into the cake. There was such a thick layer of frosting - it dominated everything. And it was terrible. So called buttercream was very clearly made with shortening. Given the price of these cakes, it should have been butter. It was SO difficult to clean up because it was like grease. Didn't melt with super hot water. Honestly I was so disappointed and frankly embarrassed to serve these cakes at my party. I would never order from Queen of Cakes again.
