I put an online order in for a dozen bundtini's - seasonal variety for a little gathering. Came w/ 4 flavors: Oreo, pumpkin spice, confetti and strawberry. I ordered maybe 6hrs before needing to pick them up. They did have them ready to pick up on time. I will say customer service when I went in to pick them up was a bit off. No greeting or anything, there was a girl in front of me and she asked what flavors they were offering (I think she had been looking for one that wasn't currently in the rotation). The cashier pointed her to the display. The girl ended up waving me to go ahead of her while she makes up her mind. When I approached the cashier didn't say much so I told her I had an order to pick up and someone came and handed it to me from the back. The bundtini's were a hit and everyone enjoyed them. Not my first NBC store so I was a little surprised when I didn't get great service...no welcoming or sampling available (although it was close (5:35) to the closing time of 6pm). Located in a strip mall, it was easy to find with lots of parking available. We chose a pumpkin bundtlet and carrot bundtlet. The pumpkin didn't make it home, since my husband wanted to try it immediately. Both were rich decadent treats! I do feel a little guilty of the plastic bundtlet packaging, but I will try to recycle it into something a little less wasteful. read more

Nothing Bundt Cakes is a nice alternative to your traditional cakes. Their flavors are spot on and don't even get me started on the wonderful cream cheese frosting on top of the cakes. They offer personal sized cakes as well as small cup cake size and of course the bigger family size bundt cake. I do wish they were a bit more dense, to me they consistency of their bundt cake is more of a regular cake, but they are still very good. It also seems like they don't want to be known as a to-go cake shop for their personal size bundt cakes, since they offer NO MILK or forks. This is more of just a cake shop and not a break stop. read more

I've been looking for an excuse to stop in here, and today being my son's birthday was just the one. Bear in mind I dislike everything sweet, making a cakerie low on my list of places to try! But this morning I decided instead of our traditional birthday pancakes (which I have to cook and don't eat, lol) I made the trip to Nothing Bundt Cakes to fetch a Bundtlet for my son's breakfast. I mean, what's the difference between chocolate chip pancakes with butter and syrup versus a pretty little chocolate cake? Problem solved. This is a beautiful boutique of all things cake and classy party accoutrements. Of course the glass display of gorgeous cakes and cakelets draws your eye, but tear your gaze away and drink in the fun cake cutters, baking accessories (Batter Finger, anyone?), birthday party extras (Singing flower candles, Army Man candles!), and stacks of cute party plates around the room. Jessie offered me a sample of today's flavor and my automatic "no thanks" was on my lips until she said, "It's lemon..." I like tart flavors and have eaten the occasional lemon curd, so I opened the glass container and selected a perfect cake cube with its own swirl of cream cheese frosting. The lemon cake was deliciously moist and packed with lemon flavor. I hesitated over the frosting, but it was not that tooth-achingly sweet so many butter creams are. It was light and cream-cheese tangy. My family will be shocked that I've found a cake I like! I selected the chocolate chocolate chip for my son and picked up a singing flower candle for his family party later in the week. I'll be back to get a few more Bundtlets for the grandkids. Wowza! You have to try the bundtini. It's a bite of heaven. These are bite sized Bundt cakes. Easy to serve and comes in a variety. All of their food is good. The single Bundt is good for one person. The big Bundt is good for a family. In these days of covid and social distancing with dinners on driveways and parks, this is easy to serve without having to handle. Only taking away one star as I find them just a tad on the spendy side. That being said, there is really is not much else to fault them on. Customer service has always been spot on. Staff has always answered my questions and have offered samples when I am trying to decide on which flavor I must have when I just cannot purchase them all. The lobby is quite small yet darling with fun magnets and cutesy napkins for purchase as well. They sell 8 and 10 inch bundt cakes but I have every only purchased the bundtinis (must purchase in dozens) and the perfectly sized bundtlet. Every flavor has always been perfectly moist (no one like that word but it fits these cakes!) and that cream cheese frosting that sits atop each treat is nothing but the best. Please check them out. First off, I'll start with the fact that I'm not a big cake fan. The raspberry flavor was sampling, but the lady was so nice and let us try all of the ones we wanted! I swear, every staff member working here is so nice. This Little place is perhaps the best place to buy a cake. It's a shame it's not in a better location otherwise more people would know about it. This review is for the Eden Prairie location. I have been in a few times, and the staff here are very hit or miss. The last time I was there and purchased a bundt cake in store (for an event/party), the young gal who helped me was very helpful and professional. However, when I went in most recently to receive my birthday bundtlet, a different young gal there was very rude. No smile, no 'Happy Birthday', just a stone face and a blunt 'have you placed an order before'. Her unfriendly attitude was very off-putting. The whole experience left a 'bad taste', so to speak. Don't bother having special offers and birthday rewards for e-mail members if you are just going to be oddly rude and accusatory about it. What should have been a pleasant visit was just the opposite, due to the condescending treatment by that employee. Too bad the white chocolate raspberry flavor is actually really good... The next time I want to purchase, though, it won't be from this location. Please review customer service with your staff. read more

I've tried the lemon one, which is delicious!!! I had a bite of the chocolate, chocolate chip one and I gotta say for not being a huge chocolate lover, it's pretty damn good. When I went in, they had the pumpkin spice available for sampling and it was really good too! I was in MN for work and saw this Nothing Bunt Cakes shop advertised on the hotel website. I was traveling with a coworker and mentioned that the spot was closed when we head into work and closed by the time we get out of trainings. I was super excited when our last training finished early and my coworker said we should head over there. OMG! The sample of the mocha cake had me hooked! I got a mocha, chocolate chocolate chip, carrot and praline bunt cakes. I took them back to MD with me and shared with the family. 24 hours after purchase the cakes were still moist and delicious.
