The cafe is pretty new (the bakery has been in the space awhile though), and I hope so many folks get to come here. It's a chill vibe and the people working there are very laid back but attentive to be sure you have what you need. I am American, but it looked to be a pretty authentic British cafe menu. I didn't get to grab a photo of the lunch and breakfast menu, but there are many options and also some veg options! We were there for breakfast and I had a Full English vegetarian breakfast and my spouse and child had really awesome breakfast butty sandwiches. We had been telling my kid about British scones versus American scones just the day before, so although we had plenty of food already we grabbed a couple of scones and cups of tea. The scones had very mild and nice raisins and came with jam and clotted cream. We loved it all and want to get back out this way soon for high tea or Sunday roast (for which I did get menu photos). She's been trying to order a wedding cake for her. She said she got ahold of someone once, they told her to come in to order it, and it's now been three weeks and she has tried and no one has responded to her request. I've heard great things about this place and wish I could go in. I'm going to assume that since no one is here now they have not baked any cakes or at least not fresh so it's probably not worth waiting around.
