They were given a file with images on exactly what to print for my order. Several of the staff confirmed that they had everything that was needed to move forward. I spent over $1,000 with them, and the discrepancy between what I ordered vs. what I got is incredibly alarming. This not only reflects poorly on their credibility but also undermines trust in their ability to meet customer needs! It is imperative that businesses uphold their commitments, and the failure to do so can have detrimental effects on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Screen art, the owner Terri, and Edward (the nephew) have some major work to do. After I called to voice my dissatisfaction, the nephew told me, "You don't know me or the type of people I associate myself with". I guess this was an attempt to threaten me for my brutal honesty. I urge this company to take immediate steps to rectify this situation and regain customer trust! Until then, DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS PLACE! You have been warned!

There are many, many fabrics to choose from and it really helps that you can see them all in person. Shopping for the perfect fabric is a lot more than just color and texture. Kathy explained so much that I didn't even know. The store is very organized and clean and parking is a breeze... I love the location - just going there and exploring a little bit of Murfreesboro that you might not normally see was rewarding.
