i don't recommend this place at all. i waited an hour to be seen and taken to the back. the…read moreassistant was super nice and offered me a blanket hence the three stars. the dr has a nice personality, but is super rough and doesn't wait for the numbing cream to numb you and just gives you the shots which hurt so bad. however i didn't feel anything else the whole procedure just some pressure. the reason i'm writing this is not because of my surgery it's because of after. i was told my prescription would be sent to my pharmacy and when the numbing started to go away i called and they told me it was never sent over. i called wisdom teeth away and they told me to give them an hour and it would be ready. it was an hour and i called again and it was not ready. so i went to wisdom teeth away and spoke to the front assistants and told them i had been waiting five hours for my prescription, mind you the numbing goes away after 2, so im in pain. the girls were nice and understanding, but the man that was sending my prescription got defensive and argued that he was already sending them, well if they were sent i wouldn't be at the building. it was very rude and unprofessional, no care for patients pain after surgery, and he still had multiple people waiting on their prescription.

I was a patient with Dr Christensen for years, and had my reservations when he sold the practice to Dr Callister. I don't like change!! But Dr Callister came in with a friendly smile and professional demeanor from day one. He explains things incredibly well. I never feel like I'm being upsold. And his staff are equally friendly, personable & professional. I've had a lot of work done here. Two root canals. Crowns. An extraction. Semi annual cleanings & cavity fillings. Most recently, I've been having my bite fixed with SureSmile ortho treatment. The services rendered are always as expected or better. His office continues to treat me with care & respect. His pricing is aligned with what I expect to pay for top-level dental care. If you're on the fence, give Dr Callister a try. I can't fathom feeling more welcome at a different office.

When I first started coming they were smaller staffed and a little harder to get a hold of but now more staff and immediate answer or at least same day call back. I'm self conscious of my teeth and they have helped me without shaming me for my genetics. My daughter also had her wisdom teeth pulled here and she has major anxiety but they were awesome! What was supposed to be a simple tooth extraction resulted in significant complications. Following the procedure, my God-Niece was left with a hole in her mouth and has experienced severe pain. It is extremely concerning that she was sent home in this condition. The pain and discomfort she has endured have been devastating, and we are very disappointed with the care she received. Patients place their trust in dental professionals to provide safe and competent treatment, and our experience did not meet those expectations. I highly recommend this Dr. he prescribed mouth wash, and pain killers. My son doing what young people do nowadays and looked up his symptoms and thought he had dry socket. Great experience with Dr. Nassiri's office. I get anxious with Dental procedures and was put under…read more The operation was smooth w/ Dr. Nassiri. He explains everything well and thoroughly. His confidence helped with my anxiety for the procedure and healing. 3 weeks post op, I developed some inflammation, swelling, fatigue again, probably an infection. They were able to get me seen within 24 hours and taken care of with antibiotics. Prior to my surgery, there was a time I wasn't able to reach the office to reschedule my appt but it was due to staffing, which is understandable. Since then, they've hired more staff to support the office. I'm very grateful that every time I reached out to the office after surgery, I was able to reach someone. I honestly went to his office more times than I wanted to because I just wanted to be good already lol, but every one was kind, friendly and helpful every time. My fiancé was very proactive on my behalf while I was under and scheduled a post op appt for me after surgery. I would suggest for a smoother process such as discussing appts and work notes prior to surgery. It's pretty and relaxing inside the building his office is located in, it's like a rainforest! Lol. I had prior work done, I've seen the full mouth x rays before, but they charged me to take more. Not only is a system failure concerning, but to charge me for their mistake & "comfort" me by assuring me my insurance covered most of it is unacceptable. The hygienist asked me where I wanted to start on the next visit since I require multiple things. I said I'm unsure, let's ask the dentist. The dentist looked for 7 seconds (without gloves.) and he confirmed we should start on the crown. The crown he wanted to replace was on the wrong side and it was a crown their office just did not long ago. All very concerning to say the least. Will not go back.
