There was one gentleman who kind of just stared at me when I walked in. Then another man came along, greeted me, confirmed my arrival, explained the service, told me how long it would take, offered me water, and directed me to wait in the lil waiting area. When my car was ready, in the amount of time they told me it would be, they let me know and I looked it over. The one part they forgot is the nooks in crannies in the back armrest but everything else looked amazing. I felt like my car was when I drove it off the lot. The owner did explain other services to me as well. They only have regular business hours so it will be few and far between when I can get out here. I don't feel like taking off work to get my car cleaned. But hey, do you. All in all I'd recommend this place as long as you understand that it'll be a few weeks out for an appointment, the location is no thrills and frills, but your car will be super clean and the people are nice.

Charles wasn't willing to do any of the detail work that I pre-purchased. I could tell he was lazy and didn't want to take the time to clean my car. Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!)
