Joshua, the owner, is very knowledgeable and professional. He met with our supervisor ahead of time to go over all the details and address our concerns. We had several issues from previous asphalt work completed years ago that needed attention. Joshua and his team addressed all of these, including: filling and sealing numerous cracks in the asphalt, turning our speed bumps into smoother humps for easier driving, removing speed bumps that were incorrectly placed in parking spaces, and repainting all parking lines, numbers, and walkways. We have 144 units on the property, and street parking is very limited here in Encinitas. Joshua worked with us to complete the project in sections, which made things much easier for our residents. He was on-site most of the time while his crew was working, and he worked right alongside them as well. It was one of the worst days of my life - they even took out our attic insulation and left trash at our home. We had been in a hotel for 3 weeks. That's when we got a referral to this company - and they turned everything around FAST. They gave us a full quote and timeline upfront...didn't get that from the other company. It included everything we needed. And they were trusted by our insurance...to the point that our insurance agreed to provide more funds after their estimate. I don't think thats typical but it shows these guys are trusted. Back in our home for a week now - no complaints. Their cleaners got everything. Every inch of this house was cleaned except soft things. Very importantly - Mike was available the whole time. Anytime I had a question, he answered or I got a call back right away. The difference from what I understand between this company and others is that they specialize in wildfire disasters. Many of the other cleaning companies are familiar with individual fires or other disasters like flooding. But ADCG know what their doing and our (very common) insurance provider had so much more trust with them - I didn't have to be the negotiator/in-between like I had been with the other company - and took the stress off my plate which I really needed.
