I Love this store! It will definitely get you into the Christmas spirit. They have commercial grade lights which are quite pricey but seem to be well made. After visiting a local big box home improvement store, the price on their trees seem reasonable for better quality. There is a small section of clothing for women. Expect to pay boutique prices for these items. With the exception of a few things, I think everything was reasonably priced and on par with other retailers. Employees were very helpful in the lighting department. Checked out the coffee shop, bout didn't try anything. It was busy! If you love Christmas, expect to drop some money here. read more

Terribly overpriced for low quality Christmas items. The staff was very friendly and nice, great place to browse but do NOT recommend buying. I found a set of LED Alexa controlled lights that had dust CAKED on them.. turned the box around to find a $250 price tag on them... scanned the barcode from the Amazon app and found the exact same lights for $120!!!!?!!!! I couldn't believe the outrageous price increase on the majority of things I had scanned in this store.. I finally asked a staff member if I could price match and even showed him that I found it and said "due to the shipping and handling we had to increase prices 300%" I was shocked. .... REVIEW FOR CHRISTMAS TREE PURCHASE AND FOLLOW-ON SERVICE / REPAIR: We purchased a pre-wired, 16' tree from Decorator's Warehouse four years ago, after deciding that it was better to make a $1,000 investment once, versus paying $300+ every year. While that purchase experience is a bit dated, I can say with confidence that the sales process was easy, not pushy and we felt that we paid a fair price for a large, lighted tree that we would have for years to come. Now, as anyone who has ever worked with anything electronic, particularly Christmas lights, you'll appreciate that just about every year there's one section of this enormous, 7-part, thousand-plus-light tree that isn't lighting properly after we get it out of the attic and unpacked. Panic? Nope, we pack up the offending section, pop into Decorator's Warehouse, and usually their repair tech can diagnose and correct the issue while we wait. It's that easy, and there's never a charge. We've even learned a few things about basic electronics along the way! It's almost always a loose connection or a string of bulbs that got jostled out of position during the rushed take-down, pack-up and storage process that occurs about every January 2nd. When we arrive at the store and head back to the repair area (right by the front door) Matthew, Kevin and the rest of the repair crew are very eager to help, friendly and insist on helping to load the tree section back into our car. Is $1,000 a lot for a tree? Yep. Do I love not having to spend money on a real one every 12 months? Yep. Do I love that these guys will always get us fully operational in time for Santa to arrive? This was a long drive for me but I had to check it and and see what they have. They do have some pretty cool Christmas decorations but I have to say they are pretty pricey and they have so much stuff, so be prepared to be in there for a couple hours if you want to see everything and the decorations are all over the place this isn't you typical Hobby Lobby everything organized and if you want something that is bigger size you have to get a customer service to help you to get you the item that you want. I wouldn't go back but at least I got to experience it. They offer 20% off if you sign for the emails so that can save you a few dollars. read more

I don't live in Texas, but my wonderful sister in law took me to this wonderful store a few years ago when I was visiting. I was back in Texas two weeks ago and took my cousin (who was also visiting from Phoenix) and we had the most fun looking at the astounding amount of Christmas decorations in all of the themed sections. While we were shopping, we ventured into the clearance section and found some great deals, one of which was a set of salt and pepper shakers that look like a roasted turkey sitting on top of a roasting pan. We both loved them and each bought one to put on our tiered trays for Thanksgiving. When she got home hers had broken and she was so sad. So I got on the phone today and called Decorators Warehouse to see if I could possibly purchase another one and have it sent to her. (Btw, if you've never called their store, do it. The man on the recording sounds like Santa and it's the cutest thing ever!). Anyways, I spoke with two different people (a lovely sales associate and a very sweet and kind manager) and they couldn't have been more helpful. I was actually astonished by their customer service and what they did for me. I've honestly never received customer service that even came close to theirs and that's saying a lot as I am definitely a shopper. The two ladies I spoke to were so kind, polite and extremely helpful and I wish I could remember their names!! Decorators Warehouse sets the example for all other businesses and others should definitely take note! If you haven't been to this huge store filled with everything you could imagine and more, do yourself a favor and go. You won't be disappointed. read more

Missing Christmas time? Wishing that there was just.... someplace where you could feel that Christmas spirit in June? Well aren't you lucky that Decorator's Warehouse exists. Like Steven S. so delightfully describes, this store is Christmas on a major, major level. Basically, there are few places this side of the North Pole that embraces Christmas more then this place. (Don't believe me? Just look at the pics I took.) I can only imagine how the associates get through all this HO, HO, HOliday overload on a daily basis. They must be numb or... what's this? A slot machine in the break room? Ohh... I get it. :D (BTW, good eyes on the part of my girlfriend for spotting this slot machine). Anyhow, not only do they have Christmas stuff (and a heck of a lot of it), but they also have a store called O' Chic Boutique (kind of like a Sam Moon-ish location with costume jewelry, purses), a section that has Fall / Thanksgiving decorations, and a very small Halloween section. I happened to go here in January and the merchandise was 30% off (or HUGE SAVINGS according to the ad in the newspaper), so the prices were more reasonable then they probably are usually. But, I'm missing the point here. If you have nothing else to do and looking for someplace fun to check out, then I couldn't recommend this place enough. read more

I love Christmas and I have my tree all year round and redecorate it frequently for different holidays. I was looking for new things to add to my Halloween tree and Christmas tree. Was so excited about the selection on the website. We don't live in Texas so couldn't go look in person. I wish I could. I ordered more than 50 items. Not one item made me happy or excited. To start off, this store is not cheap at all. Secondly, I ordered flocked sprays and they all came with no packaging so all that snow that is literally blobbed on the sprays was absolutely everywhere. It got all over my Halloween sprays and it's impossible to get it all off. Everything else was kinda just thrown into an enormous box. A few pieces of packaging paper crumbled and thrown in as well. Most of the items have many imperfections. Glitter coming off in many spots showing wires. Beads coming off the ornaments. Simply looking cheap. Not luxurious. Doesn't look half as good as on the pictures. I'm so disappointed. I ordered from 3 other competitors stores and this store's quality is the worst out of 4. Absolutely not worth the money. Never going back. I never write reviews but this just made me so upset. I paid a lot of money hoping for quality that wasn't provided at all. read more

There are so many items for every single persons style from an animal print tree to an peacock tree. The prices range and you can find some really good deals but there are also some items that are really overly priced. The customer service is beyond excellent. There are people every where to attend to your every need from giving decorating advice to just bringing you another basket to fill up. I recommend going on a week day because it gets really busy and the lines are really long. Also the store is laid out quite confusing, I got turned around so many times. I recommend signing up for their emails at least a week prior to going to the store so you can get the 20% off coupon. read more

VERY expensive. I bought all my outdoor lights here last year thinking they would be of higher quality. Total spend approximately 500 dollars. A strand with non replaceable bulbs is out after one season, and they told me it can't be fixed but a new one. Warranty is the same as anything you'd get from HD or Lowe's. Spending twice as much to get better than double the life starts to make sense. Paying double for items that have the same life, makes me a sucker. read more

This place has moved from its old location on Bowen Road in Pantego to the old Moore Antique Mall location on 303 (Pioneer Pkwy) in Arlington. Much bigger and much more lots of Xmas stuff. (pardon the bad grammar, Mrs. Elm, who was my old third grade teacher) Christmas trees, elfs, lights, tinsel, decorations, you-name-it -- it has all got to be here, someplace. I am a testament to the fact that women never get tired of Christmas decorations. Or at least the woman I am married to has never tired of them. Now 30 years and 30 boxes of Christmas decorations later, she barely seems to be slowing down. Every thing she picks up is just "so cute" and "isn't this gorgeous?" But this place is such an enormosity of Yuletide stuff, that it's like letting a chocoholic loose in Willie Wonka's Chocolate Factory. WARNING!! MEN, DON'T LET YOUR WIFE LOOSE IN THIS PLACE WITH A CREDIT CARD!! --- YOU'VE BEEN WARNED (little good it will probably do you, though) I can only relate that she told me this place had the largest selection she'd ever seen. Holy Christmas Y'all!!!! This place is amazing! If you love Christmas....or just need to get into the Christmas spirit, head to the Decorators Warehouse. You won't be disappointed. As you walk in, of course it smells like you just walked into a Christmas tree. There are many themed rooms as you walk through the showcase floor. The warehouse offers a variety of decorations from small little trinkets and knic knacks to large yard art. My favorite were the frosted cherry blossom trees that can go in the yard. Beautiful and stunnig!!! Any theme you may have in mind for your house for the holidays, this is the place to find great ideas and the "holiday glue" that will bring all your Christmas wishes come true. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The only drawback I had was that the prices were a bit on the higher end for me. I understand that you are paying for great quality and uniqueness, but I often found myself loving something, then looking at the price tag and putting it back on the shelf. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I purchased three rolls of 4" x 5 Yard Embroidered Diamond Jewel Padded Ribbon and I wasn't sure at first if it would go with my red and white theme. I have to say it's the most beautiful ribbon and goes perfectly with my theme. It really gives the wow factor. It's like having a diamond bracelet on my 9' tree. We took our prelit Christmas tree here to be repaired. All of the staff was helpful and friendly. Matt, who repaired the lights successfully, was especially friendly and solved some difficult issues. While we waited, we had lunch in the Tearoom (good food and great service ) and shopped (the best selection of trees and other holiday decor that I've seen). We found the perfect Christmas tree at Decorator's Warehouse and absolutely love it. In addition to our tree, we purchased several boxes of the multi-color mini-LED outdoor lights. Unfortunately, two sets malfunctioned after heavy rain and we called as soon as it happened and were told to bring them back. One of the managers, Josh, was extremely professional, kind, and went out of his way to help us. I've heard the service at Decorator's Warehouse is outstanding and I can verify that it's the best! I was really disappointed by the quality of the decor compared to it's pricing :( I was so stunned that everything was so cheaply made and priced as if it was from actual department store. A little hollow plastic deer only 6 in tall was priced at 60 dollars! I'm not trying to sound cheap at all but most of this stuff can be found at Garden ridge, Marshall's, tj maxx, and Michael's for a better price and for better quality. It's a fun store to visit and maybe get one thing. Heck I only got two things and it turned out to be 50 dollars.
