Dorjan went out of his way to remove and replace the iron railing on the steps, even though initially he wasn't sure it would be able to be able to fit into the new construction. He also replaced the top layer of bricks and the crown at the top of my chimney, solving a problem that was a potential health hazard. His customer service and friendly, helpful attitude is above and beyond the norm.
