Horrible experience from start to finish. Installed staircase. I regret agreeing to have this…read morecompany instal my stairs, as recommended by a local flooring company. The absolute worst. Unprofessional, rude (especially Jose), unresponsive. My project was delayed by a month because he would not communicate with the partner flooring company and send photos, as he had promised. Would not show up on scheduled appointments. I had to beg them. I do not know how they stay in business, treating customers with the utmost disrespect. When I called to reschedule an apt after a 'no show' no one ever bothered to to call back. Said tending to emergency, and will call back; they never did. I was also charged several hundreds of $$ above the agreed price on the final bill. I called and asked the reason, and no one bothered to call me and explain. I kept calling because there were unresolved issues and some things were not correct with the final product. They were supposed to fix them. No one called me back. I now have to find someone else on my own and pay extra money to fix their issues and their mistakes. This is totally outrageous. Undoubtedly this company only cares for money; also shown by incredibly cheap, labor to save costs. Stay away. You will regret dealing with them. They are not worth the aggravation. They are not all that great. Find someone else, reputable and respectable who cares about their customers. Overall, I give them a 0 rating. Unprofessional, rude, unresponsive, not customer focused.

After looking at reviews of businesses that do roof repairs I gave Sebastain a call, left a message and he called me back very quickly. While they were working on the roof, I decided to get a quote on a deck railing replacement that I had been putting off, Sebastain measured the area and I received that quote that night. I accepted the proposal. Both jobs were completed in two days; his crews were professional and polite, and Sebastain stayed in communication with me during the work. I will have him back for additional work on my home and I highly recommend him.
