Piece literally broken in half then came right off under the footrest. Their Guardian Protection only covers accidental not manufacture defect. They can't even tell me who the manufacturer is! I will NEVER give any of my future business to this store. No matter which state I live in. Tell your people NO! Now I have a sofa with a broken piece under the footrest, who knows how long it will last. $3200 for JUNK.

Joe was with me every step of the way, ensuring that everything was handled properly and all the details were covered. I highly recommend this place.
