It took some time for the repairs to be completed, yet I cannot even see any evidence that repairs were made. They had to reconstruct parts of a missing hand on one of the figurines. This was no minor feat. These artisans fabricated the missing parts and you cannot see any area that was replaced. The manager is very kind and understanding. Yes-it does take time, but they have SO many pieces that need to be reconstructed. Before we found House of Renew I tried multiple places and no one was willing to tackle repairing my keepsakes. I recommend House of Renew without hesitation and I will reiterate-you have to be patient for completion and you will be happy with the results.
