Savvy Events will make your special occasion go as planned!…read more We decided to hire Savvy Events to be sure that someone could oversee our entire wedding. Our venue already came with a day of coordinator and our caterer had specific instructions for decor. However, we wanted to make sure that all those hours we spent getting everything just perfect for our wedding, actually turned out that way and not misinterpreted by something written down on a sheet of paper. We sat down with the Savvy Events team to review all of our décor before purchasing it all. Lisa and her team suggested some slight alterations to keep the theme consistent. After a couple of small changes we got all of our stuff in and completed all of our projects. We sat down with Savvy Events and all our other vendors for a final coordination meeting to be sure the timelines would work and that all the décor was going to be setup as expected in vast detail. Lisa even had to do some additional follow up with our DJ to make sure that everything went as expected. On the day of, all vendors knew not to bother anyone in the wedding party with any questions. All questions would be asked directly to Lisa and she would make any alterations to décor or timelines as she deemed fit. We could not have been in more capable hands! Our wedding day went fully stress free. Not a question was asked about what goes where or what we wanted to do about this or that. None of our parents had to lift a finger or be bothered with décor questions. Everything got setup correctly and all our guests enjoyed themselves immensely. Our photographer sent a preview of some of the pictures from the day and the flowers really stand out as perfectly matching the bride's Jewel toned dress and the overall aesthetic for the wedding beautifully. After only a few conversations, Stella was really able to capture what we were going for and provide beautiful floral accents and bouquets. We felt so well taken care of by her and the results are everything we could have hoped for. Stella was so easy to work with and created the most breathtaking florals for our wedding. She immediately understood the look we were going for with tons of color and texture with a wildflower feel. She designed a stunning floral arch that was installed on the tree that we got married under. Our wedding guests could not stop talking about how beautiful that arch was. It made the MOST gorgeous backdrop for our ceremony. She was then able to deconstruct the install and move it to the reception area during the cocktail hour saving us money reusing florals from the ceremony. My bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were insanely gorgeous and absolutely perfect. They perfectly complemented the colors I had picked and were in the dresses of my bridesmaids. She created the shape I asked for and stayed away from the very traditional structured bouquet like I asked. She also helped us to be creative with use of the bridesmaids bouquets and ceremony aisle arrangements as center pieces bringing a lot of different texture and size to the tables. She installed a beautiful ivy overhang in the reception area helping to detract from the farmhouse feel and create a colorful free spirited garden in the reception area. I lost track of how many compliments I got on my bouquet and table arrangements. With her assistance, I got to hand pick each of the types and colors of flowers I wanted. In addition, she incorporated various items, like berries, and made my vision come out absolutely beautiful. The evening before our wedding, Lory set my mind at ease during the design process by texting me photos of my flowers as each was completed. It was so comforting to know everything was going smoothly. She delivered the flowers on time and set them out where they belonged. She had additional vases on hand to hold bouquets so they'd remain fresh. My venue was local so Lory also let me borrow the large table arrangement vases at no additional charge. The next day she picked them up from the venue. I am so impressed!
