The arrangement itself was pretty but the florist delivered the bouquet on the wrong date and did not honor my request to arrange the flowers in some kind of wrapping or butcher paper, rather than in a vase. She said she doesn't normally make arrangements with wrapping, in which case she should have told me instead of taking my payment. As for the wrong delivery date, she offered to fix it by delivering another bouquet on the correct date, but I declined. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but enough things went wrong that I wouldn't rely on this business again. 07/05/2025 Edit: Since the business owner decided to blame me in her response to my review, I figured it was worth updating. First, she admits she noted the wrong delivery date on my invoice, but that I should have caught her mistake for her. She is referring to this sentence on her otherwise genreric PayPal invoice: "On: THURSDAY 7/3/25 Message: see email." Apparently this was supposed to mean she was delivering the flowers on 07/03. But the invoice was also both generated and paid on 07/03. I'm not sure how she expects customers to know exactly what she is referring to when this language is so vague. Second, of course I didn't want her "solution" of a second bouquet of free flowers, delivered on the correct date. Literally what good would that do? Tammy had already delivered the flowers on the wrong date. My aunt already saw them. I already had to explain to her that the florist messed up. What would be accomplished by my aunt receiving another bouquet over a week later? So, yes, I did feel the need to note my experience in a review because if the florist messed up the date this time, she can mess it up again. I was lucky that my flowers were not for a specific event, like a wedding or funeral. But maybe the next time she confuses an order, she will completely miss a funeral date and there will be no chance to "solve" it by sending a future arrangement. All I am saying is that I personally would not risk it. read more
