Her pricing and à la carte menu were completely transparent and easy to understand. She came in with real knowledge of our venue and even knew which flowers would likely be in bloom around the time of our wedding, which made the whole conversation feel so much more thoughtful and grounded. I came to her with very few preferences and no strict theme or color scheme in mind, which could easily be a florist's nightmare. But Tammy took that open canvas and ran with it beautifully. She sent photo examples of different arrangements so I could actually visualize options, and she responded to every question and concern I had throughout the process. When last-minute seating changes and table layout shifts came up (as they always do!), she adapted without missing a beat. The flowers were absolutely breathtaking. Even better than anything I had imagined. Tammy is just a genuinely lovely person. Vendor coordination can feel exhausting, but I truly looked forward to every exchange we had with her -- she was thoughtful, supportive, and made the whole experience feel warm and personal rather than transactional. If you're looking for a florist who is talented, knowledgeable, communicative, and an absolute joy to work with, look no further than Tammy. We are so grateful for everything she created for our day!

My son called me yesterday (Sunday) to tell me that my daughter-in-law, Marisol, had appendicitis…read moreand had had an appendectomy on Saturday (11/04/23). We had heard from Jim the week before (10/28) when communicating by e-mail and he had mentioned that she had had food poisoning that week from a taco . . . but when he called us yesterday, apparently it was not food poisoning but appendicitis! So it was really bad to go on so long but thank goodness she got to the hospital (Watsonville Community Hospital) and we understand they are taking excellent care of her as she recuperates after that emergency surgery, although she spoke to me for a moment on the phone and did say she felt like she had been run over by a truck. With all that happening to the poor girl, I hoped I could get some flowers to her hospital room to cheer her up a little bit. Looking up florists in the area, my daughter Susan and I found "Flowers by Toshi" in Watsonville and I called their number and spoke with Ryoko. As it turned out, I decided to send an orchid plant. Ryoko said it would be at the hospital before 1:00 this afternoon. I spoke with my son a while ago and he said the plant arrived this morning while he was visiting Marisol and "they were beautiful" so that made me really happy - that they were beautiful and apparently there well before 1:00! I strongly recommend Ryoko and "Flowers by Toshi" if you are someone who is also out-of-town wanting to send flowers to someone in Watsonville! I wanted to cheer up my dear daughter-in-law who is the sweetest girl!
