Julie is a very talented florist. She was the florist for our wedding in July of 2022. We still marvel at her work at our Nestldown wedding in our wedding photos! She made our ceremony and reception come to life with her beautiful work. This is definitely her calling! She is excellent at what she does. Working with her was a breeze. She was very helpful in giving us a "color guide" we liked and designed some beautiful bouquets for myself and my bridal party. The boutonnieres were so different from any others I had ever seen before- they were really fun and beautiful at the same time. When I look back at our wedding photos, I often find something she did that I didn't notice before and say, "WOW look at that!" She put such lovely touches on every part of our wedding and we appreciate her so much for that! I highly recommend Julie and her team at Willi Wildflower! She's a beautiful person inside and out, and we greatly appreciate her doing such lovely work on such a special day to us! read more

Wow! We are still swooning over the absolutely beautiful flowers Julie did for our wedding day. We are so grateful that Julie took on doing the florals for our wedding at the last minute after we ran into some trouble with our previous florist. She was super easy to work with, knowledgable about what was in season and what would work best and always responded to us quickly. My husband and I were so above and beyond happy with the way everything turned out. They were exactly what we wanted (full, romantic and slightly wild) and they absolutely added to the magic of our day. We received so many compliments from our guests and love the way they photographed so we can enjoy them for years to come! Thank you Julie!! read more

I absolutely adore Julie. I think she is very soft spoken and one of the vendors that kind of flew under my radar but boy is she amazing. She took our theme and our ideas and completely transformed them into something beyond our dreams. The florals she put together were absolutely stunning and beautiful. Not only was her art amazing but she added small details to our venue that showed she cared and was genuine in her craft. My (now) husband and I were struggling with finding a vendor for florals that fit our budget and our ideas and desires. We didn't need a ton of florals because we wanted the venue's natural beauty to shine but everything Julie added complimented so well. Julie also worked with our cake baker to add beautiful florals to our wedding cake. All her florals were impeccable and I wish the flowers could have lasted forever. We were beyond thrilled with everything that Julie provided and couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely recommend Williwild Flower for your wedding or any other type of event that is needing florals. Julie does not disappoint, her art is so magical and stunning. read more

If you are thinking of hiring Julie for your florals- two words: DO IT. Take a moment to look at her website and her Instagram to see more of her work as yelp doesn't even do her work justice. We hired Julie for our Yosemite wedding during the pandemic and even with all of the things that could've made pulling our wedding together that much more difficult (or even a disaster), Julie made it so simple. First, she offered "florist choice" only....this could've gone bad as I am very cut and dry with what I like, but I trusted her work, her expertise, and her artistic vision. All I had to do was show her a vision board w/ some colors, patterns of my dress, flowers that I liked from her previous work, and she provided the most perfect / beautiful arrangements. I could not believe how perfect they were after just letting her do her thing and trusting her completely. You won't regret working with Julie. She is kind, loves life, and she is a true and genuine expert at what she do read more

Julie at Willi Wildflower is absolutely incredible! She did the flowers for our wedding in Carmel in September 2017. I gave her very few guidelines to let her use her creativity and she did not disappoint! Her designs meshed so well with both our venue and our colors. Many of our guests are still talking about how unique and beautiful her florals were. I love looking at our wedding photos and seeing Julie's amazing creativity. She worked well with our budget and our lack of design :) I am SO happy we chose Willi Wildflower for our wedding, if you're getting married in the Monterey area look her up! read more

Julie is seriously a wildflower guru. She went above and beyond my dreams and expectations for my wedding. She was very professional to work with, and very responsive to all of our requests. We provided her with a few words and ideas as a vision for our wedding, and she totally brought it to life. I was so impressed with how full, lush, and fresh all of her floral arrangements looked. She has an eye for combining textures and colors to create beautiful installations. I want to give her a special shoutout as well for creating a BEAUTIFUL installation as a backdrop for our wedding. She coordinated with our venue and spent hours putting together a beautiful draping greenery arrangement for our ceremony. The results were breathtaking and exactly what we had hoped for. Like I said, she went above and beyond our hopes for our wedding, and I highly recommend her services! read more

Julie provided all the flowers at my wedding and I couldn't be happier! Throughout the planning process, she was incredibly respectful, accommodating and responsive to all my tweaks and requests. For the art direction, my partner and I gave her a list of our favorite flowers and then let her do her magic. On the day of the wedding, she showed up with a beautiful bridal bouquet, a set of sophisticated boutonnieres, and hair flowers that precisely fit the style I wanted. When I came to the venue, all the centerpieces looked magnificent and the flower jars at the ceremony site brought the setting to life. Thank you for all your hard work, Julie! We feel incredibly luck to have worked with you for one of the most important days of our lives! read more

While my mom did most of the pre-wedding contact work with Julie, she told me wonderful things about Julie's timeliness and organization. We had several changes to our tables and Julie was flexible and patient throughout all of this. We ended up doing long family style tables with garland draped down the center of each table. Julie did a great job at keeping things minimalist, but making the simple beautiful. Everything was beyond what we hoped or expected. She transformed the interior of our rustic Carmel Valley venue and we are so thankful for her hard work, professionalism, and talent! I cannot recommend her highly enough! She may be a little more than other florists, but she is so worth the investment, if you want someone who will capture and execute your vision. read more

Julie did the flowers at our wedding. I couldn't have asked for more. The creative process involved me sending her our wedding decor Pinterest board, and a short consultation on colors/theme/venue. I appreciated that we were able to fit in short phone calls that accommodated my work schedule. From there Julie delivered, meeting our high expectations. The flower arrangements reflected her unique point of view. They were on par with the images on the website. Despite booking her late in the game she hustled (I mean I literally saw her running around) to do our event, and another one that had already been booked. If you like Julie's style I have confidence that she can deliver, and she is reasonable to work with. read more

Boy did I ever luck out when I booked Julie as our wedding florist! I fell in love with her ethereal floral designs, and was so grateful that she was willing to work within our budget. I expected simple, beautiful tablescapes and a lovely bouquet- but could never have anticipated how stunningly gorgeous our florals turned out! Julie went way above and beyond what was specified in our contract, sourcing gorgeous vases from her travels abroad, and preparing table arrangements that were the definition of rustic elegance. Her floral & olive leaf designs complemented the natural beauty of Carmel Valley- it was so dreamy! Julie was SUCH a pleasure to work with. I am so grateful to have found her- what a gem. It's also worth mentioning that I found her pricing to be extremely reasonable compared to other vendors in the area that come highly regarded. -Julie S. read more

Julie did the flowers for our June 2014 wedding and she was an absolute pleasure to work with and a true professional. Julie worked with me for nearly 8 months designing and refining the centerpieces, statement arrangements, bridal bouquet, and ceremony structure. She was flexible, accommodating, quick to respond, and completely trustworthy. On the big day, I knew that everything would be beautiful and I didn't have to worry because Julie had it covered. She knocked our flowers out of the park. They were STUNNING and my guests are still commenting on how amazing the arrangements were. Thank you, Julie, for your talent, patience, and creativity. I hope that other brides have the pleasure of working with you! read more

Julie created the flowers for my wedding in August of 2013, and she did a truly incredible job. Julie was willing to stay within my budget, she was easy to work with and followed through on everything, and most importantly her flowers were gorgeous. She created a mixture of flower arrangements, succulent arrangements, a stunning bouquet, and a really lovely and sophisticated boutonniere. I really liked her working style - we had a few phone conversations and did some image sharing online so she could get a sense of my aesthetic, then she worked mostly independently but checked in with me as needed, which is what I requested. I can't stress enough how beautiful Julie's flower and succulent arrangements were - she captured the bright natural look I wanted with jewel tone dahlias, roses that looked like they were grown in her own garden, etc. A large number of guests commented on their beauty. Julie is a breeze to work with and I would give her the highest recommendation for any project. read more

Julie did the flowers for my wedding in September 2012. The arrangements were perfect! The close-up picture of my bouquet is still one of my favorite photos from the wedding. I didn't have anything specific in mind for my flowers... I told her where I was getting married and what my colors were and she did an amazing job! She is a true artist and has a sense for people's taste. I highly recommend this business!! read more

Julie did the flowers for my wedding and they were beautiful. We received tons of compliments on them. They were unique but also classy and wonderful. Julie has a great sense of style and great taste. She just "gets it." I'm not very creative and don't know a lot about flowers, so I was very lucky to find Julie to execute my vague vision. It could have been a disaster since I didn't really know what I wanted besides "colorful"- so I'm very grateful to Julie that she took the time to understand my overall theme and then make recommendations. Additionally, many vendors have strong talents in their creative areas but are less good on the business side (billing, responsiveness, etc.). Julie was very professional, responsive, accepted some minor edits we asked for in the contract and was timely in cashing checks. We appreciated this creativity and flower talent + business acumen, as it made her very easy to work with during a stressful time. read more

I got more than I ever hoped for with Willi Wildflowers, and I would highly recommend Julie and her arrangements to anyone! Julie takes flowers to a whole new artistic level--the arrangements for my wedding were beautiful, artistic, and unique. Julie is so easy to work with and she handled everything beautifully, without me having to worry or double check a thing. She made up boutonnieres, bouquets, centerpieces, cake flowers, rose pedals for the isle- and she even was able to create last minute flowers to pin in my hair when I had an unexpected hair "emergency". With so many last minute details to worry about it was really nice be so confident that Julie would take care of everything, and she did! I got compliments on the arrangements, and when I look back at the pictures I am so glad I went with Willi Wildflowers. I wanted something unique and interesting to match the natural setting of our venue that incorporated a few succulents and roses from my garden to make it meaningful for me--- and she really came through. After seeing what she came up with I am convinced she is a true artist with a bit of a magic touch. She made my vision a reality and she will do it for you too. read more
