They blamed UPS and offered a replacement under the "Shipping Protection" I'd paid extra for -- but flatly refused to refund the $64.81 overnight fee, even though the overnight service I paid for was never delivered. Their position is that shipping protection covers a reshipment and nothing else. The replacement was also delayed and wasn't going to arrive until after the freshness date, so I refused it and sent it back. Two shipments, zero crabs, and a company that treats a paid-for delivery date as something they owe you nothing on when it fails. I'm disputing the charge with my card issuer. If you're ordering perishables for a specific day, know that their remedy is another shipment on their schedule, not your money back.
