Mark came out and immediately had a vision for the project and was very excited about it. You could tell that he really cared about his product and really cared about making the customer ecstatic about the finished product. He and his crew came in and excavated, footed and strengthened the foundation of the deck and assembled a product that well surpassed our expectations. It's absolutely perfect in a construction standpoint and blends extremely well with the architecture of our house. A1 job and crew. Will definitely use them for future projects!

I do feel like I have to warn others so they know what they are getting into... They built a porch for me in November 2015.The porch itself is stable and looks good but this did not happen without a lot of pressure and frustration. Before I handed over my first check, the staff was friendly and motivated but, as soon as the work began, the difficulties started. From the get go, WPR was unable to produce a drawing of the porch they planned to build. It was frustrating because they consistently made modifications throughout the process and then became annoyed with me when I could not agree. Then, after the porch was completed, I noted that they had laid their dirt piles on my bush and white brick house. They had also left spatters of cement 1/3 of the way up my front door. When I asked them to clean it, they again demonstrated annoyance and refused to do the clean-up citing it as a "normal" occurrence. I have a full yard. They could of placed that dirt anywhere else. They should have covered my door if they knew the cement was going to splatter. Now I'm left holding the bill for a power spray job, a new shrub- and I think I may need a new door too because I cannot get that cement off. Wish I could post pictures on here so you could draw your own conclusions but I can't figure out how..

It didn't resolve the issues. Section of the sliding glass windows jam and do not slide. I was told that some were not meant to slide? Yet, their literature states: "Standard configurations include sliding windows." Window frames are separating from window glass. 2. Unreliable: Project was anticipated to start 01/01/2024 and be completed by 01/31/2024. We are now in June 2025. When asked about the time beyond stated 30 day period, the response was: "It was just an estimate". During that time we endured delays for: week long seminar in Florida in January 2024; several days in February 2024 to see a tax accountant for business and then personal income taxes; set-up and attend home show; weather; personal issues; super busy; lost track of time, delays attributed to third party vendors. 3. Communications Most of the time required multiple request for updates with either little or no response . 4. Workmanship Had to redo or revisit most installations: electrical outlets; windows leaking; motion detection light failed; electrical worked performed: i.e. improper AMP circuit breaker was installed at main breaker box for AC/Heater; power cord for new AC/Heater was replaced. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer Beware

We had a sun porch installed by Four Seasons PAsunrooms about 2 years ago. It was a great…read moreinstallation and has performed with no problems except that a 1" metal piece that holds the screen door shut broke in two. They install porches like this and use this part on many screen doors. The part weighs less than 1/2 ounce and is simply a small piece of solid metal. I can install it myself so I asked PAsunrooms if I could get the part. They sent me a "quote" for $63 for this part ($60 for the part and $3 for shipping). Obviously outrageous for a 1" piece of metal. Do business with them if you want to, but hope nothing breaks and you need a simple part to fix it.
