I said you're out of your F%*kin mind. Unfortunately I wasn't near home and had my helper and a commitment to do the job so I rented it. get to the job and within 30 seconds of use blades fall off and smoke from belt. had to return 20 min each way to get another. Anyway, very sneaky, deceptive and rented me a piece of garbage. It's a horrible way to do business. i would never rent again fr them. if you do, make sure you call and get a final price, not the lies on the web site. they get an F

Their sales rep Jason was 100% knowledgeable and followed up with every email in a very timely manner. Their prices are very reasonable and even when they didn't have a piece I needed in at that time they found one and got it to the location right away for me. Complete ripoffs. 30 years in business and this is my worst experience Brought in to repair leaks…read more Rob told me "don't worry", when I asked about the price before it was finished. Then Rob told me "I worry too much" on a subsequent call that I made. They never contacted me until then one month in their shop came up with a bill of $4500 when I didn't intend on paying more than $1500. Why not make it $12,000.00 or 20k? Any price they wanted. So I paid because they wouldn't give me the machine. Then the machine was returned to me. The tracks didn't work right. They came and repaired and left. Then they came back again because it was leaking still. They fixed that leak then left. It's still leaking and $2500 dollars later I have a machine that still leaks. Then they told me they didn't want to do business with me any more after coming to look at the last leak which isn't fixed. My Phone is eight four five six six on two five seven zero if you want to know more. There isn't much more.
