I called and emailed his assistant Laurie, no response, when I did get a response it was for me to set up an appointment, in which I did, come to the date of? No call, no text no email. 2.5 more months passed by, I reached out again, Mr. Chris said, "I'll call you in a bit" ....... No call no text. I reached out to assistant...... no call no text no email. I paid a total of $750 ($500 initiation fee plus a $250 monthly fee) for credit repair services. It has now been 3 months, and I have received absolutely zero updates regarding my credit. Here is a breakdown of my experience: Empty Promises: During the first week, Tatiana stated she would email me documents to sign. That never happened. She then insisted we meet in person, which I explained was impossible for me as I work two jobs. Zero Communication: Before signing up, I told her about my bad experiences with previous creditors. She promised me there would be constant communication, which ended up being completely false. Whenever I tried calling her for a simple update, she brushed me off and told me I was only allowed to call her with a scheduled appointment. Unprofessional Behavior: As of right now, she has completely ghosted me. She refuses to answer my calls, and on the rare occasion she does pick up, says she is talking to someone in her staff, then she hangs up on me.
