Here is a breakdown of my experience: Empty Promises: During the first week, Tatiana stated she would email me documents to sign. That never happened. She then insisted we meet in person, which I explained was impossible for me as I work two jobs. Zero Communication: Before signing up, I told her about my bad experiences with previous creditors. She promised me there would be constant communication, which ended up being completely false. Whenever I tried calling her for a simple update, she brushed me off and told me I was only allowed to call her with a scheduled appointment. My score isn't 700 and I didn't go to Novo with a score of 500. I started with a score of 640 and through my own work have increased it to 670.
