We were given the runaround for two weeks, and it became clear that the staff is not properly trained to handle sensitive documents or communicate with customers in a professional way. In regards to response: Nothing has been removed from my credit record. I pulled my record and it still looks the same. My credit score has grown through my own work on improving my score. My score isn't 700 and I didn't go to Novo with a score of 500. I started with a score of 640 and through my own work have increased it to 670. The only thing that Novo did was send out one round of dispute letters to the credit bureaus in a span of 9 months. 7/2/2024 Update: Not sure who this John guy is but he deleted any previous response comments to this post.
