Very shortly after buying it, I discovered major safety and mechanical issues that were never disclosed, including:    *   Torn/damaged engine mounts - a serious safety issue that is visible with even a basic look under the wheel well    *   Worn/unsafe tires that needed replacement    *   Alignment problems affecting safety and drivability    *   A chipped windshield that was never mentioned These were not minor fixes. I paid $3,105.47 for the mechanical repairs, plus another $147 for the windshield chip -- totaling $3,252.47 out of pocket to correct issues the dealership failed to disclose. When I brought this to their attention, I was given conflicting explanations about the "inspection." At first, I was told the car was inspected. Later, they claimed it was only a visual inspection. Even if that were true, a proper visual inspection would have clearly caught torn engine mounts, because they are visible without even lifting the car. That tells me the inspection was either not done properly, or not done at all. I was also told more than once that I would be reimbursed and that they would "cut me a check." That promise was repeated several times, yet there was no follow-through -- only delays, excuses, and shifting responses. Buying a car is a major financial commitment, and customers deserve honesty, transparency, and accountability. My experience did not reflect that. I hope this review helps others approach this dealership with caution, ask detailed questions, and insist on proper documentation before purchasing.

Having had good experiences at my SchoolFirst Branch in Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley, I knew this branch was not the exception. MARTIN, the teller 3290, warmly greeted me as I walked in, having no other patrons in front of me. Martin has the unique ability of asking how your day was, as he quietly carries out the transaction. His charismatic nature in holding a conversation and actually being genuinely excited in my life made me smile. I can tell when people are genuine and Martin was one of the best and should appropriately be commended. He made me feel better walking out of the branch than walking in! I don't know who trains these tellers but they are top-notched. After experiencing the horrendous experience of another bank that include stagecoaches on behalf of my dad, this is the exact opposite! We called the dealer and they gave us the direct number to speak with Michael the manager of Best Funding, he seemed nice and told my husband that he would definitely work with him and wait for another call....The call came within minutes and it was Vanesa again and once more said that we could do whatever we wanted and if she said no we were wasting time and hung up again. I do not know who this Vanesa is but this person is such a rude and cruel human being, she seems to enjoy feeling when people is in distress, makes fun of customers struggles, I hope we never have to deal with her ever again.. Edgar and Alicia made trading in my car for a truck the easiest car buying experience I've had. No games, headaches, or random add ons. We both negotiated to what would benefit both parties, and they matched other dealership prices for the trade in. They allowed the truck to be taken to my mechanic for a detailed and lengthy pre-sale vehicle inspection. The truck was cleaned and detailed, but not in perfect condition (as expected for a vehicle with high miles)... but after doing my homework and speaking to my mechanic, the parts that were missing/needed repair were very minor things and cosmetic. The engine, frame, transmission, and guts of the truck were in great condition, which is what I prioritized. Overall, I am happy with my truck from PM. They are on top of it with customer service and negotiating. I am thankful they let me do as much thorough inspecting for the truck and let me make a decision without pressuring me. They do have repeating customers, and I will be checking their inventory again after I hit the maximum miles on this truck!
