Chris said he will contact his lawyer associate and stated " I will call you back and give you an update" guess what? He never called back. I paid a total of $750 ($500 initiation fee plus a $250 monthly fee) for credit repair services. It has now been 3 months, and I have received absolutely zero updates regarding my credit. Here is a breakdown of my experience: Empty Promises: During the first week, Tatiana stated she would email me documents to sign. That never happened. She then insisted we meet in person, which I explained was impossible for me as I work two jobs. Zero Communication: Before signing up, I told her about my bad experiences with previous creditors. She promised me there would be constant communication, which ended up being completely false. Whenever I tried calling her for a simple update, she brushed me off and told me I was only allowed to call her with a scheduled appointment. Unprofessional Behavior: As of right now, she has completely ghosted me.
