This company really disappointed me, I gave Rick $390 for what he said was wrong with my car, which was to change to transmission oil and filter, and after a couple of days it ran the exact same way, I called him to inform him and he said he would have his guy come out to check it out, they came took the car around the block and he video called me and said it was the solenoids, I told him no that's not true, because I have a Mechanic for the last 20 yrs and he checked my car out and said no indicator were coming on and it's doing the same exact thing when he so called fixed it, he continued to say the he was going to pick my car up and do a better oil change and was sure the car would run much better, so then the Nightmare began, he started putting me off with saying his mechanic was sick, waited another week, then his hydraulic machine was broken and he waiting on parts to get it fixed, so I was on hold another few days, I called him back and he said he couldn't get the car because his mechanics wife had a bay, I began to feel like I've been screwed, so I was put off another few days, I called him on 07/03/2025 and got no answer, I text him on 0705/2025 and with no response, I called him on Monday 07/7/2025 and he text me that he was in court trying to get custody of his daughter and that he'll call me later he promised, the end of the day came, I didn't hear anything, I called him and he told me that his mechanic has a flat tire and I'll be first pick-up the next day, and he also mentioned that his mechanic was complaining about his leg was hurting, but assured me he would be here! around 4:45 I called this man back, because I never heard anything and he tells me, Ms Dee I will come tomorrow and pick-up your car myself. Enough was enough, so I asked him can he please give me my money back I feel like I have been ripped off and I'm a senior citizen and when I gave a good review on his site, that I had no Idea that I would go through this nightmare and refused to give me my money back, why do I have to hear about your personal family issues, you are a business and it should be ran professionally, I never had a business to give me all these excuses and it was very disturbing to have his wife snap over the phone while I was communicating with him! It was very disappointing to know that I have been ripped off, I really don't believe they did anything to my car, I looked them up and saw that they are Not recommended with the BBB and wish I would have looked this up first, I prayed the night before for a good 2nd mechanic that won't Ripp me off, because I have a really good machinic that's a very good Mechanic and I am taking my car to him to make sure they didn't tamper with my car everything's documented trust me as far as the condition of my car! I just wanted this one because he's so packed and want him for quick jobs that I wouldn't have to wait so long to have it fixed and I know the Devil knows the BIBLE from front to back and I Totally dealt with Devils here. I am pursing a suit against this company, because why would you take advantage of an Elderly lady and came across as such nice people that I felt I was blessed to have found them! this has been a total Nightmare for me when I have been so stressed over this having underlying conditions with my HEART and I told him this! these people have no heart and don't put their parents In the same position, you can't do this to elderly people male or female, I won't rest until I get my money back and will ask for Mental anguish monies, at this point! they messed with the wrong Elderly person this time and I hope this helps anyone with elderly parents or yourselves read this complaint and be careful where you take your car. Please do your research before you take your car to just any place and getting caught up in them just seeming to be nice. This is a COLD, COLD WOLRD out here and these people don't care who they take advantage of! I just hope this happens to their parents! I also wanted to have this man fix my air conditioning! THANK GOD HE SHOWED ME WHO THEY ARE BEFORE THIS! PLEASE KEEP MOVING PAST THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY!!!
