Whatever you do- do not believe the heartfelt stories, they are lies. These guys do not know how to fix your vehicle without guessing. We went in with our 2013 custom purple Jeep that for the first time starts overheating on us. I played pro football for 9 years and won two super bowls so taking care of our vehicles has never been an issue and we rarely have issues.
We blew a head gasket and We pay 1500$ after the repair, I go pick up the truck with my children, drive down the street and it overheats again causing more damage. Mike reassures us it's an easy fix. Mike proceeds to go buy used and cheap parts to place in our jeep which took 2 months to do ; parts that we never needed nor wanted but he suggested " I can't let this vehicle just go on the road without being safe." Truly mike wanted their pockets filled. I pleaded with Mike that my wife is pregnant and she needs her vehicle because we stay in the suburbs on the other side of town, Mike seem to think that he knew how my wife thinks, and seemed to think that he knows what to say, and what not to say quite funny considering she's my wife of over a decade. It's now 3 months into a overheated vehicle and these guys now needed my father in law (who is not employed there) to come in and show them that what they were doing to fix the overheating was not the problem and the mechanic told my father-in-law "wow man you taught me something you should work here".
That's unacceptable, we are now $4500 in the hole with these guys, our truck broke down again, and they have tried to get us to buy a new engine and pay for it.
Stay away from this place if you have a custom vehicle like we do- they are scammers read more
