They were so incredibly helpful with our decision to get another vizsla, and the selection of the right pup for us. They take impeccable care of the puppies and are so obviously passionate about everything vizsla. It's infectious! They are doing this out of love and only have a couple of litters a year. Which means, if you want one of their puppies, you have to act fast. It looks like they are taking deposits on the spring litter right now. I know from our experience that the puppies went really quickly and there is a good reason for this. I would recommend this breeder to anyone looking for a vizsla. Look no further. Brody is fabulous...in perfect condition and he has the best temperament. He's great with other dogs and all people, including kids. He is just a hearty, healthy guy who loves life. Seems all of their puppies have these same qualities which says a lot. Also, they run the Socal Vizsla Rescue organization at www.socalvizslarescue.org. Unfortunately (or fortunately) there are a lot more people willing to rescue than there are dogs available, but it is a great organization and it just speaks to the vizsla commitment by these ladies.

They always answer questions and are responsive even after you have taken the kitty home! He is leash trained, sleeps with us every day, follows you from room to room and greets at the door! He does have the kitten crazies from time to time but nothing a feather toy won't solve. Unless those are met, we do not take a vacation. On last Saturday, we went to Petsmart to get some dog food and cat food. My wife found this lovely dog that she would not leave without her. Art and Paws Animal Rescue went through all the questions about our living environment to make sure the dog was going to a right place, made sure that we were committed, not compulsive and showed us the papers with medical history and everything. Lulu is so happy being with other brothers and a sister and fit right in without hesitation. There are some dog rescues that only concentrate on making dogs adopted but Art and Paws Rescue really care for the dogs and we felt the right thing as dog owners. I saw a dog that peed significantly in their small room and was stuck with it. I saw an employee shove a dog back into the display with a metal bowl. I am completely sickened with the condition these dogs are in. They're better off at a shelter. I'm considering contacting the county to check out this place.
